背景技术:
目前,农村很多地区都利用沼气罐生产沼气,作为烧饭的能源,沼气罐包括罐体,罐体上部有进料口和输气管,通过进料口向罐体内投入产生沼气的原料,在一定的温度条件下原料生成沼气,经由输气管向住户提供沼气。由于北方地区冬季温度很低,没有足够的热量使原料转化为沼气,导致沼气罐的利用受到了限制。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是公开一种在北方地区能够越冬使用的沼气罐。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是采用罐体制成沼气罐,罐体上部有进料口和输气管,在罐体内安装有支架,支架上装有内加热管,内加热管的位置在罐体内下部的原料内均匀分布,内加热管的两端分别连接进热管和回热管,进热管和回热管分别穿过罐体的体壁。当罐体内温度低于原料产生沼气的温度时,通过进热管向内加热管提供热水或热气,内加热管将罐体内原料升高,水或气通过回热管排出罐体。
为了加热效果更好,在罐体外壁的下部装有外加热器。
为了能够及时地了解罐体内原料的温度,在罐体内的下部安装有温度传感器,温度传感器连接有温度显示器,温度显示器在罐体外部。
本实用新型有效地解决了北方地区冬季生产沼气的问题,使沼气作为燃料既能在冬季烧饭,又能用于室内取暖,产品结构简单,工作性能可靠。
