设计方案：为了实现上述设计目的。1、凸轮轴的凸头边为连续弧形边的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于：轴头的边为弧形边，不仅可以确保轴头与其它部件的良好配合，而且可以确保轴头受力均匀。2、轴杆尾部为花键的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于：实现了凸轮轴与手动调整臂之间的良好匹配，确保了手动调整臂的可靠调整。3、花键端面为凸插的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之三。这样做的目的在于：该凸插与花键相配合，确保与手动调整臂之间的可靠匹配。4、轴杆采用空心轴杆的设计，是本实用新型的技术特征之四。这样做的目的在于：既减轻了轴杆的重量，又降低了制造成本，同时又便于快速装配。

2.根据权利要求1所述的制动S花键凸插式凸轮轴，其特征是：所述S形凸头对称分布，轴杆端部与S形凸头中心连接且将S形凸头对称分布在轴杆两端。
