背景技术
目前,公知的沼气池,普遍是埋在地下的带有进料口和排气管的普通简易池子,其虽然为广大农民解决了沼气能源的问题,但存在有在比较寒冷的地方不能使用的问题,因此限制了沼气池的利用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的沼气池存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种设计合理、保温效果好、产气量大、使用寿命长,可在寒冷的环境下产生沼气的太阳能沼气发酵装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将包括有带有进料口和排气管的沼气池或沼气罐加以改进。即在沼气池或沼气罐内设有带有进、出口的加热盘管,加热盘管的进、出口分别与太阳能热水器的进、出口连接,并在太阳能热水器的输水管路上设有循环水泵。
为了解决排除沼气池或沼气罐内的废料,在沼气池或沼气罐上设有供排料的抽吸器。
为了控制沼气池或沼气罐内的温度,在沼气池或沼气罐上设有通过导线与微机温控器连接的温度传感器,微机温控器通过导线与循环水泵连接。
为了解决沼气池或沼气罐的保温问题,在沼气池或沼气罐上设有保温层。
本实用新型与背景技术比较,由于采用了上述技术解决方案,因此,具有了设计合理、保温效果好、产气量大、使用寿命长、可在寒冷的环境下产生沼气等优点。

具体实施方式
参见图1,该例的沼气罐1是由水泥制成的罐体,在沼气罐1的内底部安装有带有进、出口的加热盘管,其加热盘管的进、出口分别与太阳能热水器7的进、出口连接,并在太阳能热水器7的输水管路上安装有循环水泵6。在沼气罐1的上部安装有供投料的投料管3,供输气的输气管4,供排料的手提式抽吸器2,供测温的通过导线与微机温控器5连接的温度传感器8,微机温控器5通过导线与循环水泵6连接。在沼气罐1的外壁安装有聚胺酯保温层9。
其工作过程是:
当有阳光时,太阳能热水器7被加热。当太阳能热水器7内的温度达到设定的温度后,微机温控器5驱动循环水泵6转动进行输送被加热的循环水。当沼气罐1内的温度达到设定的温度后,微机温控器5使循环水泵6停止转动。即停止加热。

1、一种太阳能沼气发酵装置,包括有带有进料口和排气管的沼气池或沼气罐[1],其特征在于在沼气池或沼气罐[1]内设有带有进、出口的加热盘管,加热盘管的进、出口分别与太阳能热水器[7]的进、出口连接,并在太阳能热水器[7]的输水管路上设有循环水泵[6]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能沼气发酵装置,其特征在于在沼气池或沼气罐[1]上设有供排料的抽吸器[2]。
3根据权利要求1所述的太阳能沼气发酵装置,其特征在于在沼气池或沼气罐[1]上设有通过导线与微机温控器[5]连接的温度传感器[8],微机温控器[5]通过导线与循环水泵[6]连接。
4根据权利要求1或2或3所述的太阳能沼气发酵装置,其特征在于在沼气池或沼气罐[1]上设有保温层[9]。
