Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种恒温式越冬沼气池。沼气池内壁和外壁呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔,沼气池设有池塞,池塞上设有导气管,沼气池设有进料口和出料口;沼气池设置在加热层上面,加热层下面设有承重层,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层;加热层内设加热管,加热管通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉相连接。沼气池保温性能好,配置加热管与民用水暖锅炉连接,加热管提供热能使沼气池的工作温度恒定在30-35℃之间,产气率可达到1∶1。一个容积10立米的沼气池每天可产沼气8-10立米,可充分满足普通家庭做饭、取暖、照明、提供温水以及维护沼气池的恒定温度。该沼气池一年四季均可以使用,产气量稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带辅助热源系统的沼气池,能为冻土层以下沼气池加热增温,保温功能好,一年四季能维持沼气池恒定的工作温度。
背景技术
我国北方地区、尤其是东北地区夏季短暂、冬季漫长,地下温度低、湿度大、冻土层深厚。在黑龙江省夏季地下温度只有10℃左右,夏季沼气池产气的料气体积比为1∶0.1左右(1标准大气压),10立米沼气池每天产气约1立米,每天做三顿饭另需辅助能源,这样的工作时限也只有4-5个月。为了增加产气量、延长生产时限,人们使用保温板、珍珠岩、粉煤灰等保温材料为池体保温,但因地下湿度大,这些保温材料受水浸、潮湿后,均失去保温效果。在我国北方地区沼气池的工作环境温度低、不能增温、保温效果不理想,又加之沼气池生产时限短、产气量小、冬季无法使用等不利因素,致使建设的大量沼气池被废弃。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种恒温式越冬沼气池,该沼气池不仅能够提高沼气池工作的环境温度,而且保温效果好,可以使沼气池的工作温度恒定在30-35℃之间,产气率可以提高到1∶1,一年四季均可使用且生产稳定。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种恒温式越冬沼气池,沼气池内壁和外壁呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔,沼气池设有池塞,池塞上设有导气管,沼气池设有进料口和出料口;沼气池设置在加热层上面,加热层下面设有承重层,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层;加热层内设加热管,加热管通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、加热管采用聚乙烯PEX塑料制成和混凝土打成加热层,聚乙烯PEX塑料加热管和家用水暖锅炉连接。在沼气池的底部配置了加热层,提高沼液的产气率。该辅助热源与以往的太阳能热源、压缩泵式热源相比,具有结构简单、造价低廉、经久耐用、使用方便等特点。2、双壁夹层结构,沼气池墙体中间设有空腔,不填充任何保温材料,密闭性好,保温效果好,有效的解决了使用传统保温材料水浸、受潮后,失去保温功能的弊端,可保持池内工作温度恒定。3、圆拱形外型结构,使沼气池整体受力均衡、增强了沼气池的耐压能力,延长了沼气池的工作寿命。
本实用新型特别适合我国北方地区建设大型沼气池,搞清洁能源和有机肥料的规模生产,为我国北方地区发展现代农业奠定基础。

具体实施方式
在图1中,沼气池深埋在冻土层以下,沼气池内壁5和外壁7呈圆拱型结构平行设置,中间设有空腔6,沼气池设有池塞8,池塞上设有导气管9,沼气池设有进料口10和出料口11,出料口通过导流管12与储肥池13相连通。沼气池设置加热层3,加热层下面设有承重层1,承重层与加热层之间设有夹层2,承重层采用混凝土浇注而成,夹层内设有支撑件。加热层内设加热管4,加热管通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉14相连接。管道上设有循环泵15和管道阀门16。
图2中,聚乙烯PEX塑料的加热管4与农户家中的水暖锅炉14连接,锅炉增加燃气功能,通过管道循环泵2为沼气池底盘提供热能,待池内温度达到30℃时关闭管道阀门3保持池内温度恒定在30-35℃之间。
夏季即可以启用辅助热源系统,使沼气池的工作温度恒定在30-35℃之间,产气率可提高到1∶1左右,10立米的沼气池每天可产气8-10立米,有充足的气体燃料。这些燃料可充分满足普通家庭做饭、取暖、照明以及维护沼气池的恒定温度。在冬季来临前,沼气池一次性加满原料,在进料口和出料口的A位置放置硬质保温板,保温板以上通道填充杂草等保温材料直至地面,然后用土封闭,避免热量散失,保持恒定温度。冬季产生的大量沼肥液体可通过导流管排放存储到储肥池中,集中储存,待春天使用。

1、一种恒温式越冬沼气池,其特征在于:沼气池内壁(5)和外壁(7)呈圆拱型结构平行设置,内壁和外壁中间设有空腔(6),沼气池设有池塞(8),池塞上设有导气管(9),沼气池设有进料口(10)和出料口(11);沼气池下面设置辅助热源系统。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种恒温式越冬沼气池,其特征在于:所述辅助热源系统,包括一个设有加热管(4)的加热层(3),加热管通过锅炉管道与水暖锅炉(14)相连接,加热层下面设有承重层(1),承重层与加热层之间设有夹层(2)。
