本实用新型涉及一种顶压式一体化沼气池,由有机、无机玻璃钢或复合材料制作成型的壳体,所述壳体的上部与下部通过法兰连接为一体;所述壳体下部的空间为产生沼气的发酵室,所述壳体上部包括水压间、出料管和贮气室,贮气室与发酵室连通为一整体腔室,出料管贯穿贮气室上方的水压间与发酵室连通,水压间顶部设有出料口,出料口用出料口盖密封,贮气室顶部设有带有输气管的导气口,输气管的一端伸出水压间,出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间设置有用于分割液面浮渣层的网,进料管与发酵室连通。本实用新型的水压间与池体上部为一体化整体结构,抗拉裂性能好;结构简单、牢固,具有运输方便、安装快捷的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及污水、废渣、人畜粪便的处理设备,具体涉及一种顶压式一体化沼气池。
背景技术
沼气是一种可再生能源,沼气的使用能减少由于煤或燃油燃烧对环境的污染,还能处理、利用人们的生活废物以及牲畜的排泄物,目前,我国城乡的户用沼气池多为砖混或混凝土结构,而混凝土沼气池施工难、密封性能差,容易漏气,效果不好的缺点。目前还出现了玻璃钢沼气池,玻璃钢沼气池具有重量轻、建池快、耐腐蚀、气密性好等优点,但市场上的玻璃钢沼气池多为进、出料管分别从左右斜侧斜插入主池体,水压间通出料管安装于主池体斜外上方。这种结构的沼气池结构分散、安装复杂、不易密封且无分割液面浮渣层的破壳网,如果遇到地基沉降或地质灾害,由于各部件是拼合固定连接而成,连接处极易被拉裂,造成漏气甚至池体报废。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种顶压式一体化沼气池,它将水压间与池体上部设计为一体化的整体结构,使所述沼气池的抗拉裂性能好,并且有结构简单、运输方便、安装快捷、自动破壳的优点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:顶压式一体化沼气池,包括由有机、无机玻璃钢或复合材料制作成型的壳体,所述壳体的上部与下部通过法兰连接为一体;所述壳体下部的空间为产生沼气的发酵室,所述壳体上部包括水压间、出料管和贮气室,贮气室与发酵室连通为一整体腔室,出料管贯穿贮气室上方的水压间与发酵室连通,水压间顶部设有出料口,出料口用出料口盖密封,贮气室顶部设有带有输气管的导气口,输气管的一端伸出水压间,出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间设置有用于分割液面浮渣层的网,进料管与发酵室连通。
由于采用上述技术方案,将壳体上部和壳体下部通过法兰连接为一体,并将贮气室与发酵室连通为一整体腔室,出料管贯穿水压间与发酵室连通,使水压间、出料管、贮气室和进料管为位于沼气池的壳体上部的整体结构,在地基沉降等地质灾害发生时,所述沼气池能整体同步沉降,水压间、出料管、进料管和池体各部位受力较均匀,不会被拉裂,能够有效地防止漏气、漏液产生。在出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间设置有用于分割搅动液面浮渣层的网,当发酵室内的发酵液面的涨落,可以有效地切割搅动发酵液面的浮渣层,防止浮渣结壳使沼气难以从发酵室逸出进入贮气室。所述壳体下部底部中心设有向上凸出部,使沼气池与地体接触面积更大,使安装更稳定,壳体下部底部中心设有向上凸出部,使得壳体底部的形状有变化,起到类似加强筋的作用,增加了壳体的强度,提高了壳体的耐压能力。本实用新型还具有结构简单、连接牢固,运输方便,安装快捷的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1与图2,本实用新型包括由有机、无机玻璃钢或复合材料制作成型的壳体,壳体分壳体上部11a和壳体下部11b两部分,壳体的上部与下部通过法兰7连接成一体,形成一个近似球体结构的沼气池。所述壳体下部11b为产生沼气的发酵室8,所述壳体下部的底部中心设有向壳体心部的凸起部9,以增加沼气池的耐压能力,同上增加、安装更稳定。所述壳体上部11a包括水压间2、出料管4和贮气室6,贮气室6与发酵室8连通形成一个整体结构的腔室,贮气室上方为水压间2,水压间与贮气室共同为一整体帽形结构或半球形结构,并组成上半部池体主体结构。出料管贯穿水压间2与发酵室8连通,出料管与水压间底为一整体结构,出料管位于水压间底的中部,出料管的底部经过贮气室伸入发酵间的液面下。出料管水压间上方设有出料口,出料口上用出料口盖1密封。打开出料口盖,通过出料管可出料或在气、液排放完后,作为维修人员的进、出池体的通道。贮气室顶部设有带有输气管3的导气口3a,输气管3的一端伸出水压间用于与用户燃器具连接。出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间设置有用于分割液面浮渣层的网5,所述用于分割液面浮渣层的网一端与出料管下端连接另一端与贮气室顶部连接,呈锥形分布在出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间。进料管上段插入壳体的上部,部分与壳体外壁固定连接,下段垂直伸进壳体的上部内,底部至法兰平面,用于作为加料的通道。
本实用新型的工作过程:沼气池投料后,由发酵室内原料产生的沼气逸出发酵液面进入贮气室,当沼气集聚到一定量时,贮气室气压升高,将发酵室的上清液通过出料管压入水压间,随着产气增多气压增大,水压间水位不断上升;水压间的高水位与发酵间的低水位具有水位差,故而形成压力差,这个压力差对贮气室的沼气形成一个压力。当用户打开用气阀时,沼气被池内水压压入燃器具,随着沼气的消耗,水压间水位逐渐下降,当停止用时,随着贮气室沼气的增多又将发酵室清液压向水压间,如此往复,本实用新型所述沼气池将不断地产气-用气-产气的循环工作。同时,发酵室液面随着产气、用气而不断上下波动时,呈锥形分布的网反复分割、搅动浮渣层而起到了自动破壳的作用,保证了沼气池的高效产气及正常工作。

Claims (5)

1.一种顶压式一体化沼气池,包括由有机、无机玻璃钢或复合材料制作成型的壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体的上部(11a)与下部(11b)通过法兰(7)连接为一体;所述壳体下部(11b)的空间为产生沼气的发酵室(8),所述壳体上部(11b)包括水压间(2)、出料管(4)、贮气室(6)和进料管(10),水压间位于贮气室正上方,水压间的底为贮气室的顶,出料管由水压间底中部向下延伸贯穿贮气室进入发酵室,水压间顶部设有出料口;出料口用出料口盖(1)密封,贮气室顶部设有带有输气管(3)的碗形导气口(3a),输气管(3)的一端伸出水压间,出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间设置有用于分割、搅动清液表面浮渣层的网(5);进料管(10)上段与池顶侧固联,下段垂直插入发酵室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶压式一体化水压间,其特征在于:水压间与贮气室共同为一整体帽形或半球形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的顶压式一体化水压间,其特征在于:出料管与水压间底为一整体结构,出料管位于水压间底的中部并通过贮气室将底部伸进发酵间的液面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的顶压式一体化沼气池,其特征在于:所述用于分割液面浮渣层的网(5)一端与出料管下端连接另一端与贮气室顶部连接,若干条呈锥形分布在出料管下端口与贮气室顶部之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的顶压式一体化沼气池,其特征在于:所述壳体下部的底部中心设有向壳体心部的凸起部(9)。
