本实用新型涉及内顶压式球形沼气池,沼气池为球形,其中部一侧连通着进料口,中部另一侧通过抽粪器连通着囤粪桶,沼气池的顶部设有池口;其内池口的下方设有漏斗状水压间;漏斗状水压间顶部连接着沼气池的池壁,漏斗状水压间底部连通着连通管,连通管上对称设有流通孔,流通孔下方的管内设有活动盖;漏斗状水压间外部为发酵间。独特的漏斗状水压间设计保温性良好,在产气和用气过程中,沼液面的不断上升和下降,起到了对发酵原料不断搅拌和破壳作用;用气和产气时不存在涵管堵塞,大大提高沼气池的产气和使用率;水压间在沼气池内上顶部将沼气池分为上下两层,方便进料、清渣和维修人员的进出,避免了维修工作的安全隐患。

本实用新型涉及一种球形沼气池。
背景技术
我国是个农业大国,开展农村沼气建设,对解决水源污染,开发利用新能源,改善农村卫生建设、提高农村生活质量、促进生态农业建设、实现农业增效、农民增收,对建设社会主义新农村,都有着十分重要的意义。但是,农村村民家家建沼气池,存在因缺少资金建池难,因不懂技术管理难和产气难的实际问题,
发明内容
为了解决农村户使用沼气池存在建池难、管理难、产气难的问题,本实用新型提供一种适合工厂化生产、商品化销售、市场化服务的内顶压式球形沼气池。
具体的结构设计方案如下:
内顶压式球形沼气池,包括沼气池,沼气池一侧通过进料管连通着进料口,另一侧通过抽粪器连通着囤粪桶,沼气池的顶部设有池口,池口连通着循环管;
所述沼气池为球形,由上下两个半球体连接组成,其内顶部池口的下方设有漏斗状水压间;漏斗状水压间顶部连接着沼气池的池壁,漏斗状水压间底部连通着连通管,连通管上对称设有流通孔,流通孔下方的管内设有活动盖;漏斗状水压间外部为发酵间。
所述漏斗状水压间的漏斗为球缺形,球缺形漏斗上口连接着沼气池的池壁,其底部的连通管下端位于支柱上,支柱下端连接着沼气池内底部。
所述球形沼气池内径为2500毫米;进料口直径为600毫米,高度300毫米;进料管直径300毫米;漏斗状水压间上口直径为1400毫米,高度1000毫米;连通管直径为600毫米,高度400毫米;流通孔260毫米。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:
1、外形简洁大方,结构合理、节省材料、受力均匀。
2、独特的内顶水压间设计保温性良好,在产气和用气过程中,沼液面的不断上升和下降,起到了对发酵原料不断搅拌和破壳作用。在用气和产气时不存在涵管堵塞,大大提高沼气池的产气和使用率。
3、水压间在沼气池内上顶部将沼气池分为上下两层,方便进料、清渣和维修人员的进出,避免了维修工作的安全隐患。
4、水压间底部封盖常处于关闭状态,避免了池中的发酵物产气流失。开启时可进料、搅拌,非常方便。
5、球形池体内顶部的水压间,有效储气量大。当8立方米沼气池进料80%时,总有效储气量1.9立方米,沼气池体利用率100%。
6、水压间底部侧面溢水孔,在产气得到一定高压时,自动向外排气,有效避免高气压时进料口、出料口溢粪,保证沼气池和管道的使用安全。
7、简单的出料口设计,仅为抽渣器和囤粪桶,它连接进料口和主池口牢固坚实,出料方便,循环搅拌自如。
8、沼气池所有外露口无需密封,使用方便安全。

下面结合附图,通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
实施例:
参见图1和图2,内顶压式球形沼气池包括球形沼气池3,沼气池3由上下两个半球体连接组成,沼气池3一侧通过进料管2连通着进料口1,另一侧通过抽粪器12连通着囤粪桶13;沼气池3的顶部设有池口7,池口7连通着循环管10,沼气池3的上部一侧设有导气管4。沼气池的池口7下方设有漏斗状水压间8;漏斗状水压间8的漏斗为球缺形,球缺形漏斗上口连接着沼气池的池壁,其底部连通着连通管6,连通管6上对称设有流通孔11,流通孔11下方的管内装有活动盖5;连通管6下端位于支柱14上,支柱14下端连接着沼气池内底部;漏斗状水压间8外部为发酵间9。
球形沼气池内径为2500毫米;进料口直径为600毫米,高度300毫米;进料管直径300毫米;漏斗状水压间上口直径为1400毫米,高度1000毫米;连通管直径为600毫米,高度400毫米;流通孔260毫米。本实用新型采用大进料管、大出料管,方便工人安装维修;连通管下端安装活动盖,阻止下方发酵间9所产沼气从连通管向上跑气,同时水压间设计在池内顶部,避免了发酵原料在沼气池内漂浮结壳。沼气池外采用囤粪桶,囤粪桶上部通过循环管10连接到池口7和进料口1,方便进出料和循环搅拌,提高产气率。全池无密封口、管理、施工方便,使用安全。
本实用新型的工作原理是:沼气池发酵间9产生沼气时,发酵间液面下降,沼液沿着水压间下端连通管6两侧对应的流通孔11流入水压间8,发酵间9产气越多,水压间8水位上升越高,当打开导气管4连接用户的沼气开关时,发酵间9上方沼气密度减少,水压间8水位下降迫使沼气流至用户灶具。

1、内顶压式球形沼气池,包括沼气池,沼气池一侧通过进料管连通着进料口,另一侧通过抽粪器连通着囤粪桶,沼气池的顶部设有池口,池口连通着循环管,其特征在于:所述沼气池为球形,由上下两个半球体连接组成,其内顶部池口的下方设有漏斗状水压间;漏斗状水压间顶部连接着沼气池的池壁,漏斗状水压间底部连通着连通管,连通管上对称设有流通孔,流通孔下方的管内设有活动盖;漏斗状水压间外部为发酵间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内顶压式球形沼气池,其特征在于:所述漏斗状水压间的漏斗为球缺形,球缺形漏斗上口连接着沼气池的池壁,其底部的连通管下端位于支柱上,支柱下端连接着沼气池内底部。
