本实用新型公开了一种翼子板支架,其特征在于,底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,橡胶的外壁采用向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,底座的筒体外壁上设有加强筋,底座筒体为向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,带有橡胶层的管体套在底座筒体内,两者利用相互之间的锥形结构实现连接,端盖与管体之间采用过盈配合连接。通过以上设置,本实用新型不仅有效降低产品重量,还改善整车对减震、缓冲的需求。

本实用新型涉及一种安装在汽车底盘,承载车尾灯和翼子板的支架。
背景技术
目前,重型卡车上使用的翼子板支架均采用纯金属焊接结构,此结构自身重量重,不具备减震和缓冲性能特点。在承受重载荷及过大冲击力作用下由于金属间的相互碰撞,易损坏其它部件。
发明内容
为克服现有翼子板支架纯金属结构自身重量重、且不具备减震、缓冲性能的特点,本实用新型采用橡胶结构翼子板支架,该产品不仅有效降低产品重量,改善整车对减震、缓冲的需求。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,橡胶的外壁采用向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,底座的筒体外壁上设有加强筋,底座筒体为向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,带有橡胶层的管体套在底座筒体内,两者利用相互之间的锥形结构实现连接,端盖与管体之间采用过盈配合连接。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,底座1与管体3之间设有橡胶2,橡胶2与管体3硫化在一起,橡胶2的外壁采用向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,底座1的筒体外壁上设有加强筋5,底座筒体为向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,带有橡胶层的管体套在底座筒体内,并采用过盈配合方式连接,两者利用相互之间的锥形结构实现连接,防止管体脱出,端盖与管体之间采用过盈配合连接,具有防水、防锈蚀的作用并给翼子板支架带来了美观的效果。

1、一种翼子板支架,其特征在于:底座与管体之间设有橡胶,橡胶与管体硫化在一起,橡胶的外壁采用向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,底座的筒体外壁上设有加强筋,底座筒体为向一侧倾斜的锥形结构,带有橡胶层的管体套在底座筒体内,两者利用相互之间的锥形结构实现连接,端盖与管体之间采用过盈配合连接。
