本实用新型涉及一种大口径管接头。
背景技术
目前。钢塑复合管的应用范围很广，在工、农业领域、日常生活、家庭、公共场所等都会用到。大口径的钢塑复合管主要是用于地下等基础工程，大口径钢塑复合管的所连接的管接头一般都是采用钢法兰连接，这种连接方法的缺点是体积大，造价高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述大口径管接头连接的缺陷，提供一种连接方便的大口径管接头。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来实现的。本实用新型主要由铸钢接头体所组成，在接头体上设有承插口外接，在承插口外接内设有隔热层和防腐层，还设有橡胶密封圈。与承接口外接相对应设置的还设有承接口内接，在承接口内接上设的隔热层和卡环。
在使用时，接头体套在钢塑管的头上，用专用接模钳将其压紧，所述的承接口内接套在所需接的钢塑管的头上，用专用接模钳将其压紧，然后将承接口内接插入承插口外接内，再将铸钢接头体焊接牢固。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点。(1)安装方便，对于地下管道，可以节省挖土工作量。(2)承插密封性好。(3)生产成本轻。(4)结构牢固。
本实用新型适用于工、农业领域及日常生活中的大口径钢塑管的连接。

如图所示，本实用新型主要由铸钢接头体2所组成，在接头体2上设有承插口外接3，在承插口外接3内设有隔热层5和防腐层6，还设有橡胶密封圈4，与承接口外接3相对应设置的还设有承接口内接7，在承接口内接7上设的隔热层8和卡环9。
实施例
在使用时，接头体2的承接口内接3套在钢塑管1的头上，用专用接模钳将其压紧，所述的承接口内接7套在所需接的钢塑管10的头上，用专用接模钳将其压紧，然后将承接口内接10插入承插口外接3内，再将铸钢接头体焊接牢固。
本实用新型适用于工、农业领域及日常生活中的大口径钢塑管的连接。
