本实用新型涉及管件技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种内衬不锈钢大小头管件。
背景技术：
如图1所示，现有的内衬不锈钢大小头管件由镀锌钢管A1内套有不锈钢管A2组成，在镀锌钢管A1上成型有抱箍槽A11，它通过抱箍槽A11和抱箍与直管连接在一起。其不足之处是：当它与内衬有不锈钢的直管连接时，密封性能不强，同时施工起来也不容易。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种内衬不锈钢大小头管件，它与内衬不锈钢的直管连接时，密封性能好，同时施工容易，安装方便。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
内衬不锈钢大小头管件，包括大小头镀锌管和不锈钢管，不锈钢管套在大小头镀锌管内，大小头镀锌管的二端分别成型有小头法兰盘和大头法半盘，不锈钢管具有翻边，不锈钢管二端的翻边分别靠压在小头法兰盘和大头法半盘的端面上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
它与内衬不锈钢的直管连接时，密封性能好，同时施工容易，安装方便。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图2所示，内衬不锈钢大小头管件，包括大小头镀锌管1和不锈钢管2，不锈钢管2套在大小头镀锌管1内，大小头镀锌管1的二端分别成型有小头法兰盘3和大头法半盘4，不锈钢管2具有翻边21，不锈钢管2二端的翻边21分别靠压在小头法兰盘3和大头法半盘4的端面上。
工作原理：现有技术中采用抱箍连接大小头管件与直管，一是施工安装麻烦一些，二是安装完成后，内衬有不锈钢的直管的翻边与大小头管件上的不锈钢翻边结合不够紧密。
见图3所示，本实用新型采用法兰盘让大小头管件与带有法兰盘且内衬不锈钢的直管5通过法兰盘固定在一起，本实用新型上的翻边21与直管上的不锈钢的翻边就紧紧地压在一起了，这样连接密封性能更好，同时操作起来更容易。

1.内衬不锈钢大小头管件，包括大小头镀锌管（1）和不锈钢管（2），不锈钢管（2）套在大小头镀锌管（1）内，其特征在于：大小头镀锌管（1）的二端分别成型有小头法兰盘（3）和大头法半盘（4），不锈钢管（2）具有翻边（21），不锈钢管（2）二端的翻边（21）分别靠压在小头法兰盘（3）和大头法半盘（4）的端面上。
