本实用新型涉及挂车车轴的轴体结构。
背景技术
有一种挂车车轴的轴体,由轴管和套接在轴管两端的轴头构成,而且轴管两端与轴头套接的部位是圆管,轴管的中间部位是方形管。这种结构的轴体,其轴管的圆管与方形管过渡的部位容易产生强度薄弱,存在不安全的隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述这种车轴的轴体进行改进,使这种车轴的轴体更加安全可靠。
为此,本实用新型所述的挂车车轴的轴体,包括轴管和套接在轴管两端的轴头,轴管两端与轴头套接的部位是圆管,轴管的中间部位是方形管,特别地,所述圆管的壁厚大于所述方形管的壁厚,而且从所述方形管到所述圆管的过渡部位,管壁逐渐增厚。所述的这种管壁增厚的结构特点,提高了轴管的圆管与方形管过渡部位的抗弯截面模量,降低了此过渡部位所受的应力,提高了轴体的安全性能。

具体实施方式
挂车车轴的轴体如图1所示,包括轴管1和套接在轴管两端的轴头2。同时参见图2,轴管1的两端与轴头套接的部位是圆管。同时参见图3,轴管1的中间部位是方形管。本实用新型的特点在于圆管的壁厚大于方形管的壁厚,而且从方形管到圆管的过渡部位,管壁逐渐增厚。
图1所示的轴体可以采用下述工艺制造而成:用一段直径较大的圆形无缝钢管来制作轴管,对钢管的两端进行径向热锤锻,缩小钢管两端的直径,并且使热锻处的钢管壁厚比原钢管壁厚增加1.5~4mm,然后把钢管中间一段直径较大的部位冷挤压成方形,至此完成轴管的制作。接着加工轴管两端的圆管内孔,把轴头通过过盈配合压入圆管定位,最后将轴管与轴头焊接成一体,制成图1所示的轴体。
