鼓形旋转滤网,本实用新型是对用于核电厂的滤水设备结构的改进,尤其是对旋转滤网结构的改进;解决原旋转滤网刚性差,主轴轮毂重量大,制造成本高的问题;鼓形旋转滤网,包括主轴、轮毂、主辐条、圆支撑件,轮毂安装在主轴上,主辐条分别安装在两个对称安装的轮毂上,在每个轮毂上成对称均匀分布安装主辐条,主辐条构成“A”字形结构,在主辐条的外缘用圆支撑件将主辐条连接;其优点:将主辐条安装成“A”字形结构,增加了结构强度,提高了结构刚性,从而提高了稳定性,在强度、刚性、稳定性提高的基础上从而降低了主轴轮毂的体积,减少了结构的重量,因此降低了制造成本。

背景技术:
目前,在火电厂、核电厂使用的旋转滤网是在主轴轮毂上制出一个主辐条安装环槽,主辐条安装在环槽内形成I字形状,主辐条处在一个平面上,这种结构刚性差,主轴轮毂结构大,重量大,制造成本高。
发明内容:
本发明创造的目的是提供一种能提高结构强度、结构刚性,增加稳定性,降低结构重量,降低制造成本;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的;鼓形旋转滤网:包括主轴、轮毂、主辐条、圆支撑件,主辐条安装在轮毂上,轮毂安装在主轴上,其特征在于主辐条分别安装在两个对称安装的轮毂上,在每个轮毂上成对称均匀分布安装主辐条,主辐条构成“A”字形结构,在主辐条的外缘用圆支撑件将主辐条连接。
本发明创造的优点:由于将主辐条安装成“A”字形结构,增加了结构强度,提高了结构刚性,从而提高了稳定性,在强度、刚性、稳定性提高的基础上从而降低了主轴、轮毂的体积,减少了结构的重量,因此降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式:
鼓形旋转滤网,包括主轴、轮毂、主辐条、圆支撑件,轮毂安装在主轴上,主辐条分别安装在两个对称安装的轮毂上,在每个轮毂上成对称均匀分布安装主辐条,主辐条构成“A”字形结构,在主辐条的外缘用圆支撑件将主辐条连接,在主辐条之间安装经向的支撑件。
本技术方案是将主辐条安装成”A”字形结构,成三角形,利用三角形的稳定性,达到提高其刚性的目的,主轴受力点由中心分散到中心两边附近的两点,从而改善主轴的受力和轮毂的受力状态,降低了主轴及轮毂的尺寸,减轻了重量,达到了提高刚性,降低制造成本的目的。

1、鼓形旋转滤网,包括主轴、轮毂、主辐条、圆支撑件,主辐条安装在轮毂上,轮毂安装在主轴上,其特征在于主辐条分别安装在两个对称安装的轮毂上,在每个轮毂上成对称均匀分布安装主辐条,主辐条构成“A”字形结构,在主辐条的外缘用圆支撑件将主辐条连接。
