本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种镀锌钢丝绳,其特征是:有金属芯,金属芯外设置6股外层钢丝束,金属芯中每根钢丝的直径为0.54mm,外层钢丝束每根钢丝的直径为0.82mm,每根钢丝外设置镀锌层。
外层钢丝束镀锌层厚度规格为≥75g/m2,金属芯镀锌层厚度规格为≥40g/m2。外层钢丝束中每束有19根钢丝。
本实用新型结构合理,工作性能好,抗拉强度达1870MPa以上。

1.一种镀锌钢丝绳,其特征是:有金属芯,金属芯外设置6股外层钢丝束,金属芯中每根钢丝的直径为0.54mm,外层钢丝束每根钢丝的直径为0.82mm,每根钢丝外设置镀锌层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀锌钢丝绳,其特征是:外层钢丝束镀锌层厚度规格为≥75g/m2,金属芯镀锌层厚度规格为≥40g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的镀锌钢丝绳,其特征是:外层钢丝束中每束有19根钢丝。
