技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种对移动传输时加强电缆,尤其是关于电梯用电能传输电缆。
背景技术
如电梯、起重设备、电动葫芦、行车传送电能及控制用电缆线,既是电能传输线,同时又是抗拉承重线,因而需要连接电缆有一定的抗拉强度。目前,市场上用于起重电梯、电动葫芦的加强型电缆,其结构是在普通电缆中增设起承载抗拉作用外包橡胶防护层的钢丝绳内芯。这种钢丝绳内芯夹衬结构电缆,虽然使电缆抗拉强度得到加强,然而由于缆芯中央钢丝与绝缘线芯绞合在一起,在电缆频繁使用过程中,经常会出现钢丝刺穿导体绝缘层,不仅缩短了电缆使用寿命,而且还会造成电缆短路或损坏电动设备,因而安全性欠佳。这种高强度电缆,其制造工艺较为复杂,生产成本大。仍有值得改进的地方。
发明内容
实用新型的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种既有较高抗拉强度,而且使用寿命长,安全可靠,制造简便的抗拉承重加强电缆。
本实用新型技术方案是:一种抗拉承重加强电缆,包括有多根导体芯线的塑料电缆,其特征在于所述塑料电缆外缘并行连接包覆有绝缘护套的钢丝绳。
本实用新型主要改进是将电缆中心的抗拉钢丝绳,移至电缆外缘,即在普通胶套电缆外缘并列一包覆有绝缘护套的钢丝绳,这样既达到增强电缆抗拉强度作用,而且附加钢丝绳也不会刺穿绝缘线芯,安全可靠,使用寿命也长。
本实用新型所述钢丝绳所包覆的绝缘护套,最好采用与电缆外缘护套相同的橡胶护套,有利于一次成型,外观美观。
实用新型由于将增强电缆抗拉的护套钢丝绳,抗拉承重加强电缆外缘并行互连成一体,既使拉力钢丝绳与电缆保持平行连接,又使钢丝绳与绝缘线芯相互间隔距离增大,大大提高了增设钢丝绳后的安全性。不仅保证了电缆有足够的抗拉强度,而且还可避免钢丝刺穿导体绝缘层带来的安全隐患,使用寿命大大提高。实用新型尤其适用于类似电梯等要求移动,且承担一定抗拉强度场合传输电能。同时可将钢丝绳的一端接入用电导体而另一端接入地面起到接地保护线,在漏电时起保护作用。
以下结合一个非限定性的实施例进一步说明实用新型结构,但实施例不是对实用新型具体结构的限定。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见附图1,一种抗拉承重加强电缆,包括由外围包裹绝缘塑料1,多根由导体2外包绝缘塑料3组成的绝缘线芯,在多根导体2外包绝缘塑料3组成的绝缘线芯中部填充绝缘塑料1-3的钢丝绳4,从而组成的抗拉承重加强电缆。钢丝绳4可以接地,使之起到漏电接地保护的作用。
本实用新型抗拉承重加强电缆,其电缆本身结构根据使用要求,还可以为其他结构。

1、一种抗拉承重加强电缆,包括有多根导体芯线的塑料电缆,其特征在于:所述塑料电缆外缘并行连接包覆有绝缘护套的钢丝绳。
2、根据权力要求1所述抗拉承重加强电缆,其特征在于:所述包覆有绝缘护套的钢丝绳与电缆通过塑料连接部与塑料电缆连接成一体。
3、根据权力要求1或2所述抗拉承重加强电缆,其特征在于:包覆有绝缘护套的钢丝绳的一端接地作为漏电接地保护线。
