一种柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆,包括绞合在一起的多根铝芯和包覆在铝芯外面的绝缘层,其特殊之处是:在铝芯与绝缘层之间的间隙处设有多根细钢丝,细钢丝的直径为0.6~1.2mm。优点是:由于在铝芯与绝缘层之间的间隙处设有多根细钢丝,取消了现有加强型架空绝缘电缆设在中心的单根钢芯,在保证抗拉强度的同时降低了电缆的硬度,柔软性能好,便于安装使用。

技术领域
本实用新型特别涉及一种柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆。
背景技术
现有的加强型架空绝缘电缆是由位于中心的一根钢芯和均布排列在钢芯外缘的铝芯以及包覆在外面的绝缘层构成,其中钢芯可以保证电缆的抗拉强度,但由于单根钢芯的直径较粗、硬度较大,因此使这种电缆的柔软性能差,不便于安装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种柔软性能好,便于安装使用的柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它包括绞合在一起的多根铝芯和包覆在铝芯外面的绝缘层,其特殊之处是:在铝芯与绝缘层之间的间隙处设有多根细钢丝,细钢丝的直径为0.6~1.2mm。
上述的柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆,所述的铝芯数量为7根,细钢丝数量为6根。
本实用新型的优点是:由于在铝芯与绝缘层之间的间隙处设有多根细钢丝,取消了现有加强型架空绝缘电缆设在中心的单根钢芯,在保证抗拉强度的同时降低了电缆的硬度,柔软性能好,便于安装使用。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆包括绞合在一起的多根铝芯1和包覆在铝芯1外面的防老化聚氯乙烯绝缘层3,在铝芯1与绝缘层3之间的间隙处排列有多根细钢丝2,细钢丝2的直径为0.6~1.2mm,本实施例中铝芯1数量以7根、细钢丝2数量以6根为例,实际不受本实施例限制。安装时,通过6根细钢丝2拉紧电缆,通过铝芯1传输电能。

1、一种柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆,包括绞合在一起的多根铝芯和包覆在铝芯外面的绝缘层,其特征是:在铝芯与绝缘层之间的间隙处设有多根细钢丝,细钢丝的直径为0.6~1.2mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柔软加强型架空绝缘电缆,其特征是:所述的铝芯数量为7根,细钢丝数量为6根。
