本实用新型涉及一种液压双螺杆挤出压片机,包括双螺杆挤出机与滚筒式压片机。所述双螺杆挤出机包括螺杆驱动装置、两根螺杆,两根螺杆外分别设有机筒,机筒上设有基料加入口;所述滚筒式压片机包括压片机驱动装置、大压辊、小压辊、固定大压辊与小压辊的机架。本液压双螺杆挤出压片机特点在于其驱动装置为液压马达,液压马达的输出轴与两根螺杆及压片机的大压辊或小压辊直接连接,带动两根螺杆及大小压辊转动。本液压双螺杆挤出压片机调速容易控制,故障少,调试维修简单方便,成本低,节能省电。另外,所述液压双螺杆挤出压片机传动部分不分左感右装置,便于批量生产。

液压双螺杆挤出压片机
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆挤出压片机,特别是一种液压双螺杆挤出压片机。
(二)技术背景
现有的双螺杆挤出压片机,包括双螺杆挤出机与滚筒式压片机。双螺杆挤出机包括驱动装置、减速机、呈平行设置的两根螺杆,其驱动装置为电机,电机通过皮带带动减速机,减速机的输出轴带动呈平行设置的两根螺杆转动。滚筒式压片机包括驱动装置、减速机、小压辊、大压辊、以及固定小压辊与大压辊的机架,其驱动装置为电机,电机通过皮带带动减速机,减速机的输出轴带动大小压辊转动。以上两种电机与减速机连接,电机通过减速机工作时,电机与减速机之间要完成从高转速到底转速的转换,电机与减速器的调速控制复杂,故障较多,维修调试困难,工作耗电较高,生产加工产品成本高,电机体积大,制造成本高。另外,因场地不同,双螺杆挤出压片机传动部分必须分左感右装置,不便于批量生产。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种可降低能耗、易控制、易调试维修、便于批量生产的液压双螺杆挤出压片机。
本实用新型设计的液压双螺杆挤出压片机包括双螺杆挤出机与滚筒式压片机,双螺杆挤出机的输出端与滚筒式压片机的输入端相连,所述滚筒式压片机驱动装置,即用于驱动大压辊与小压辊的压片机驱动装置可以为液压马达,液压马达的输出轴可以与大压辊与小压辊直接连接,液压马达带动大压辊与小压辊转动,所述大压辊与小压辊固定在机架上。所述双螺杆挤出机驱动装置,即用于驱动螺杆的螺杆驱动装置也可以为液压马达,该液压马达的输出轴可以分别与两根螺杆直接连接,带动两根螺杆转动。所述两根螺杆外分别设有机筒,机筒上设有基料加入口。
本实用新型设计的液压双螺杆挤出压片机,其驱动装置为液压马达,液压马达带有减速机的功能,可以不另外加减速机调速,其液压马达的输出轴与两根螺杆及大压辊、小压辊直接连接,易控制,故障少,维修调试简单方便,其液压马达工作时耗能少,相比使用常规的电机将节电20%,有效降低了生产加工成本。另外,所述液压双螺杆挤出压片机传动部分不分左感右装置,便于批量生产。

(五)具体实施方式
本液压双螺杆挤出压片机实施例总体结构如图1所示,本实用新型设计的液压双螺杆挤出压片机包括双螺杆挤出机1与滚筒式压片机2,双螺杆挤出机1的输出端与滚筒式压片机2的输入端相连。
在本实用新型中,所述双螺杆挤出机包括螺杆驱动装置3-1、两根螺杆1-1,所述螺杆驱动装置3-1为液压马达,液压马达的输出轴分别与两根螺杆1-1直接连接,液压马达带动两根螺杆1-1转动。所述两根螺杆1-1外分别设有机筒1-2,机筒1-2上设有基料加入口1-3。所述滚筒式压片机2包括压片机驱动装置3-2、小压辊2-1、大压辊2-2、以及固定小压辊2-1与大压辊2-2的机架2-3,所述压片机驱动装置3-2为液压马达,液压马达的输出轴与大压辊2-2直接连接,小压辊2-1与液压马达的输出轴驱动连接,液压马达带动大压辊2-2与小压辊2-1转动。
本液压双螺杆挤出压片机的驱动装置为液压马达,液压马达的输出轴与两根螺杆1-1及压片机的大压辊2-2或小压辊2-1直接连接,带动两根螺杆1-1及大小压辊转动,胶料从基料加入口1-3加入,两根螺杆1-1把胶料传送到滚筒式压片机2,大压辊2-2与小压辊2-1挤压胶料成型。

Claims (4)

1.液压双螺杆挤出压片机,包括双螺杆挤出机(1)与滚筒式压片机(2),双螺杆挤出机(1)的输出端与滚筒式压片机(2)的输入端相连,所述滚筒式压片机(2)包括小压辊(2-1)、大压辊(2-2),以及压片机驱动装置(3-2),所述双螺杆挤出机(1)包括两根螺杆(1-1)和螺杆驱动装置(3-1);其特征在于:压片机驱动装置(3-2)为液压马达。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压双螺杆挤出压片机,其特征在于:所述螺杆驱动装置(3-1)为液压马达。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压双螺杆挤出压片机,其特征在于:作为压片机驱动装置(3-2)的液压马达的输出轴与大压辊(2-2)或小压辊(2-1)直接连接,带动大压辊(2-2)或小压辊(2-1)转动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液压双螺杆挤出压片机,其特征在于:作为螺杆驱动装置(3-1)的液压马达的输出轴分别与两根螺杆(1-1)直接连接,带动两根螺杆(1-1)转动。
