(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷喂料销钉挤压机，特别是一种液压冷喂料销钉挤压机。
(二)技术背景
现有的冷喂料销钉挤压机，包括机架、机架上设有驱动装置、减速器、喂料装置、导料装置、挤压装置，其驱动装置为电机，电机通过皮带带动减速机，减速机的输出轴带动螺杆转动。电机与减速器的调速控制复杂，故障较多，维修调试困难。电机通过减速器工作时，电机与减速器之间要完成从高转速到底转速的转换，电机功率大，耗电较高，生产加工产品成本高，电机体积大，制造成本高。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种可降低能耗、易控制、易调试维修的液压冷喂料销钉挤压机。
本实用新型设计的液压冷喂料销钉挤压机，其设有机架，机架上设有驱动装置，所述驱动装置为液压马达。
在本实用新型中，液压马达的输出轴可以直接与推进螺杆驱动连接，液压马达带动推进螺杆转动，推进螺杆与液压马达输出轴连接的一端设有喂料装置，喂料装置上设有导料装置，所述喂料装置包括喂料段机筒与喂料口。推进螺杆的后方一端设有挤压装置，所述挤压装置包括带销钉的机筒、销钉与螺杆顶出器，所述带销钉机筒与喂料段机筒连接；所述销钉固定在带销钉机筒内壁；所述螺杆顶出器与推进螺杆末端固定连接。
本实用新型设计的液压冷喂料销钉挤压机，其驱动装置为液压马达，液压马达带有减速机的功能，可以不另外加减速机调速，其液压马达的输出轴与推进螺杆驱动连接，易控制，故障少，维修调试简单方便，其液压马达工作时耗能少，相比使用常规的电机将节电20％，有效降低了生产加工成本。

(五)具体实施方式
本液压冷喂料销钉挤压机实施例总体结构如图1所示，包括机架9、机架9上设有驱动装置、推进螺杆2、喂料装置、导料装置5、挤压装置。所述驱动装置为液压马达1，液压马达1的输出轴与推进螺杆2驱动连接。所述导料装置5设在喂料装置上，喂料装置包括喂料段机筒4，喂料段机筒4上设有喂料口3，挤压装置包括带销钉的机筒6、销钉7与螺杆顶出器8。所述推进螺杆2与液压马达1驱动连接，穿过喂料段机筒4与带销钉的机筒6，喂料段机筒4尾端与带销钉的机筒6连接，推进螺杆2末端与螺杆顶出器8固定连接。
液压马达1的输出轴与推进螺杆2驱动连接，液压马达1带动推进螺杆2转动，胶料从喂料口3喂入喂料段机筒4，通过导料装置5与推进螺杆2，胶料平稳传送到带销钉的机筒6，在带销钉的机筒6内遇到销钉7的剪切、分流和捏炼，最后推进螺杆2推动螺杆顶出器8把胶料挤出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的液压冷喂料销钉挤压机，其特征在于：它还包括推进螺杆(2)、喂料装置、导料装置(5)、挤压装置，其中，所述喂料装置包括喂料段机筒(4)，喂料段机筒(4)上设有喂料口(3)，导料装置(5)设在喂料装置上方；所述挤压装置包括带销钉的机筒(6)、销钉(7)与螺杆顶出器(8)；液压马达(1)的输出轴与推进螺杆(2)驱动连接，推进螺杆(2)穿过喂料段机筒(4)与带销钉的机筒(6)，喂料段机筒(4)尾端与带销钉的机筒(6)连接，推进螺杆(2)末端与螺杆顶出器(8)固定连接。
