Abstract
本发明提供的一种传送带包括一条纵向延伸的基带和一条基本与其同长度的盖带。这些带子用塑料挤压而成,起码其中一条做成构成整体必须的纵向构形,另一条的表面能用连续机械互锁形式与该构形相啮合。另一条带子的表面可由匹配构形组成。上述带子中至少一条上打有纵向间隔孔穴,以接纳所传送的产品。传送带上还打有驱动带子的间隔的链齿孔。
Description
本发明是有关传送带,特别是一种在生产和组装过程中,用以传输电子零件、药品等类似产品的、可重复使用的传送带。
在组装各类电子装置,例如计算机和有关产品时,把小型和半小型零件用传送带从一个工作台传送到另一个工作台是很常见的。在组装台上,自动设备把零件从传送带上取下,并把它们按要求安装到电路板或类似的装置上。这种传送带(有时也称为传输带)也可用来把不同的零件按连续组装的适当顺序带到组装台上。这类带子常常由塑料或纸制的、通常被盖上一条盖带的窄长基带所制成。基带上常常打有很多孔,孔的形状可把零件保持在一个特定的方位上。盖带通常用胶接或热压法来定位。在组装台上剥下盖带后,必须使胶接或热压脱开才能使零件取下来。先有技术中传送带的典型例子在美国专利3465874;3650430;3700019;3894896;3910410和4298120中已经公开。
以前的那些传送带经常出现的问题是:盖带必须牢固地连接到基带上,而这种连接可能妨碍传输机构的工作,因此又必须在不损坏盖带或基带的情况下,破坏胶的连接。过去,胶接和热封是固封基带和盖带的主要手段,这常导致基带和盖带不能重复使用。在很多超净环境的应用中,用胶接和热连接是不合要求的,因为,胶接和热连接的剩余物可能污染元件或安装板。此外,由于在加热过程中,带子上稍许有些凹凸不平,因而热封连接通常是不均匀的,这可能会导致盖带
过早地脱离(这可能会使零件丢失),或者过久地滞留原位。不管上述任一种情况,都会干扰自动操作。
另外,由于有许多电子元件要求传送带带有消静电材料或导电材料,从而避免或消除静电荷的形成,这些材料又常常妨碍所用胶接剂的连接特性。
在美国专利第3465874和3650430中,采用一个带子上的间隔按扣或按钮与另一带子上的间隔孔相啮合的方法,试图解决这些问题。这种安排,为了便于操作,显然要求按扣和孔要对得相当准。另外,这些带子不是相互固定不动的,而是处在相互固定和不固定的不断地变换的状态之下。
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种改进型的传送带结构,其中基带和盖带均匀地、始终地相互固定在一起,这种结构要求有一个均匀的分离力,使基盖带可以精确地分开。
另一个目的是提供一种其零件可以重复使用的传送带。
还有一个目的是提供一种传送带,它可以在现有设备上经过很少的或不作改动就能使用,而在价格上可与现有产品进行竞争。
按照本发明,上述目的和优点是采用一种改进型的传送带来实现的。该传送带由一根窄长的基带和一窄长的盖带组成,基带、盖带均由塑料薄膜材料制成。这二种带子中的一种,通常是基带上,可以沿其纵向开些有间隔的元件孔,沿其纵向开些有间隔的链轮齿驱动孔,从而通过组装机构来使带子前进。至少在一根带子上形成一种纵向伸展的连续外形以与另一个带子的表面相配合,从而使两个带子以锁闩啮合的方式接合在一起。另一个带子的表面由一整体外形组成,它是前述带子表面的补充。

图10是本发明传送带第4个实施例的纵向剖视图。
现在参照附图,特别是图1~3,来加以说明,其中,本发明传送带10的第一个实施例由一条窄长的基带12和一条通常与基带同样长度的盖带14组成。这种传送带10最好采用合适的塑料薄膜制成,如聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯或象聚乙烯、对苯二酸乙二醇之类的聚脂乙二醇等材料。这些材料可以采用挤压和真空、加压来加工成所需要的外形。这种带子要有足够的柔性,从而使它可以卷曲。基带12上开有若干个孔穴16,作为所要传输元件的凹坑。在这方面,孔穴可以按要求成形,从而使元件保持在必须的特殊位置上。基带12上还开有纵向排列的链齿孔18,它们设计成与组装设备上的适当的链齿驱动装置相啮合,该驱动装置用来带动带子运动。虽然链齿孔开在基带上,如果需要,也可开在盖带上,或者也可以穿过基带和盖带。
按照本发明,沿基带12的每边挤压出构形20,这种外形是凹
形的,如美国专利Re28969所述,它是设计成与盖带14上的凸形相配合,这种方法在美国专利3893212;3982306和3999258中都有所介绍。因此,盖带14具有向下延伸的边缘22,它一直延伸到凸形24。该凸形可以是上述专利Re28969中介绍的不对称的箭头形,或者如图1所示的简化形。选择这种外形在很大程度上取决于把基带从盖带上分开所需要的力。此外,这取决于与带子一起使用的组装设备。
图4和图5表示本发明的第二种实施例。在该实施例中,传送带30的基带26和盖带28是做成一片的,从一对纵向延伸的折缝34、36确定的边缘部分32分开。凹形38从一条纵向边缘向上延伸,与其匹配的凸形40从相对的纵向边缘向上延伸,元件孔穴42和链齿孔44,如前所述,加工在基带26上。当传送带处于关闭状态时(如图5所示),凸形处于与凹形相啮合的位置,把盖带牢固地固定在基带上方,从而把元件固定在元件孔穴内。凸形和凹形可以按前述描述的方法成形。
图6~9描述了本发明的第三种实施例。其中,基带46的两个纵向对边加工成48、50所示的外形。边缘上加工有向内的相互相对的凸缘52、54。之所以加工成这种形状是为了把这些凸缘置于基带46的基带底56的上方,如图6和9所示。基带46上开有若干个纵向隔开的元件孔穴58和链齿孔60。在本实施例中,盖带62由一塑料制的窄长带子组成,它被设计成加压到位,也就是说,把自然平直的盖带(如图7所示)弯曲(如图8所示),从而使它能通过基带的外形之间,按压到如图9所示的凸缘52,54的下方。在这个位置上,盖带紧压在放入孔穴58内的元件上,使元件固定,
不产生任何无关的移动。本实施例的改进型如图9A所示,在这个实施例中,基带63上加工有元件孔穴58和链齿孔60,盖带61可以如图1所示。
在图10的实施例中,基带64做成具有外缘部分66,68,并带有外形70,72。盖带74也加工有外边缘部分76,78,它们所具有的外形与基带上的形状互为补充。如前所述,元件孔穴和链齿孔开在基带上。本实施例具有下述优点:它能使盖带紧密地贴着基带,因为盖带的主要部分84能牢固地座落在基带的主要部分86的顶上。
在上面的每个实施例中,盖带和基带都很容易用塑料挤压成形。注意这一点很重要,即外形在带子的整个长度上都是连续的。这样,这些带子可以在没有纵向对准和不考虑基带的相对纵向位置的情况下啮合起来。所用塑料可以按需配方,从而使带子能满足所需的物理特性,例如抗磁、抗静电、不透红外线等。虽然在每个实施例中元件孔穴都开在基带上,但如作特殊用途,把全部或部分零件孔打在盖带上也是可以的。
因此,如上所述,前面提及的各项目标都能有效地达到。
Claims (14)
1、传送带包括:
一条窄长的基带;
一条窄长的盖带,其长度基本上与上述基带相等;
其特征是上述带子有若干元件孔,它们沿着上述带子纵向相隔开;并且
上述带子中至少其中之一具有一种整体的、纵向延伸的连续外形以及:上述带子中另一个带子的纵向延伸连续表面做成与上述外形相啮合,从而用可释放开的机械连接把上述盖带固定到上述基带上。
2、根据权利要求1的传送带,其特征是至少上述带子的基中之一具有若干纵向间隔开的、延伸于整个长度上的链齿孔。
3、根据权利要求1的传送带,其特征是上述基带和盖带包括有沿其两边缘上构成整体的、纵向延伸的外形,盖带的外形做成与上述基带的外形相互锁紧。
4、按照权利要求1的传送带,其特征是上述基带的一条纵向边缘与盖带的一条纵向边缘是整体相接的。
5、按照权利要求4的传送带,其特征是上述一条带子的外形沿着与上述相接边缘相对的纵向边缘形成。
6、按照权利要求5的传送带,其特征是上述另一条子的上述相接表面包括有沿着与上述相接边缘相对的纵向边缘而形成的外形。
7、按照权利要求6的传送带,其特征是上述带子中至少其中之一具有若干纵向间隔开的、延伸于整个长度上的链齿孔。
8、按照权利要求1的传送带,其特征是上述一条带子包括两个纵向延伸的平行的外形,它们有相互相对的凸缘部分,而上述带子的另一条带子的纵向延伸表面由纵向边缘组成,上述边缘相互隔一段距离,使上述边缘足以按压到上述凸缘的下面,从而确保上述带子的互相连接。
9、根据权利要求8的传送带,其特征是上述一条带子包括若干纵向间隔开的、延伸于整个长度上的链齿孔。
10、按照权利要求9的传送带,其特征是上述链齿孔分布在上述一条带子上。
11、按照权利要求8的传送带,其特征是上述另一条带子包括若干纵向间隔开的、延伸于整个长度上的链齿孔。
12、根据权利要求8的传送带,其特征是上述链齿孔沿上述另一带子分布。
13、根据权利要求1的传送带,其特征是上述带子中的每一条带子包括一个纵向延伸的主体部分、上述主体部分两边的纵向延伸的边缘以及上述带子的每一条带子都具有沿每条上述边缘形成的匹配外形。
14、根据权利要求10的传送带,其特征是上述带子中至少有一条包括若干纵向隔开的、延伸于整个长度上的链齿孔。
