Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种高压储油器。
一种这样的从EP0507191中知道的高压储油器由一个预制的管组成,连接套管套在该管子上,用以连接喷油阀或者来自燃油高压泵的高压油管。一个这样的高压储油器在制造方面是比较贵的,此外,由于放在上面的连接件需要比较大的安装空间。除此之外,高压储油器壁必须很厚,以便在负荷加大时能承受住高压。缺点是,厚壁的储油器体在压力负荷高度增加时容易断裂,特别是在壁裂口和锐边截面变化部位。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高压储油器,它能够特别好地承受增加的负荷。
根据本发明,提出了一种内燃机喷油系统用的高压储油器,具有一个向高压储油器供应燃油的高压泵,燃油从高压储油器中输入到电控喷油阀中以便向压燃式内燃机的燃烧室中喷油,在这里,高压储油器由一个纵向延伸的钢制管状体组成,装有用于输油和排油的接头,其中,接头是作为连接管构成的,从每个连接管起分别有一个连接孔与管状体的轴线呈偏心地通到管状体内。
采用本发明的高压储油器,人们可以得到一种通过连接孔的偏心位置可以很好承受所增加负荷的高压储油器。通过这个偏心位置,在高压储油器内壁切削过多范围内的单个负荷只还是矢量重叠,这样,大约可以降低30%的负荷,因而也就大大提高了强度,从而提高了高压储油器的使用寿命。
按照一个有利构造,连接孔切向通到管状体内壁,因此,再次提高了上述效果。在这里,为了避免突然的截面过渡以及从而继续降低壁横截面的局部高负荷,按照进一步的构造、采用锻造做成的管状体装有同样采用锻造成型的连接管是特别有利的。它还有其他的优点,只需要较小的安装空间,因为由于与管状体成为一体,接头可以做成比较小的。此外,高压储油器的重量比较轻。
下面结合实施例和附图进一步说明本发明。
图1为按照本发明一个实施例的高压储油器的主视图,
图2为沿图1中箭头II-II方向的剖面图。
在图1中示出了一个高压储油器,它是由一个纵向延伸的、锻造的管状体1组成,这个管状体在其外壳表面4上有向4个喷油阀供油的,采用锻造成型的连接接管2,在与连接接管2相反对置的外壳表面上有成型的固定元件3。固定元件是固定吊环的形状,有由钻孔制成的通孔4,如从图2中的剖面图II-II得到的那样。在它的端面5上,有一个构成了高压储油器内腔的轴向直通开口10(图2),在这里是作为通孔构成的,固定封闭。一个从在这里没有示出的高压油泵延伸过来的通往高压储油器内腔的进口是由一个位于用于喷油阀的两个接头之间的附加连接管6构成。在固定元件3一侧,管状高压储油器还具有一个另外的连接管7,例如:可以把一个压力传感器或者一个控制阀拧入这个连接管中。连接管2以通常的方式具有螺纹8,例如:高压连接管通过一个锥密封密封地插入到连接管中,这些管子通过连接孔11与管状高压储油器1的内腔、通孔10连接。这个孔的横截面最好是一个圆形,但是,它也可以有其他形状,例如椭圆形。因此,按照本发明的特点在于,连接孔以偏心度e与通孔10的纵向轴线偏心地通入通孔中。入口最好是切向的。因此,可以具有上面提到的优点,在有纵孔的连接孔的过多切削的范围内,高压储油器壁的应力负荷通过此降低,即在这个结构中,单个负荷只是矢量的重叠。接头2用于连接装有电控喷油阀的高压储油器。
Claims (5)
1.内燃机喷油系统用的高压储油器,具有一个向高压储油器供应燃油的高压泵,燃油从高压储油器中输入到电控喷油阀中以便向压燃式内燃机的燃烧室中喷油,在这里,高压储油器由一个纵向延伸的钢制管状体组成,装有用于输油和排油的接头(2、6、7),其特征是,接头是作为连接管构成的,从每个连接管起分别有一个连接孔与管状体的轴线呈偏心地通到管状体内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的高压储油器,其特征是,连接孔切向通到管状体内壁。
3.按照权利要求2所述的高压储油器,其特征是,管状体的内横截面是圆形的。
4.按照前述权利要求1至3之一所述的高压储油器,其特征是,管状体是采用锻造成型的,它具有同样采用锻造成型的连接管(2,6,7)。
5.按照前述权利要求1至3之一所述的高压储油器,其特征是,固定连接板在管状体上成型。
