Abstract
一种门锁手柄组件,一个将按钮7枢接于外壳1的枢轴13用于防止偏移,而保证按钮7的平稳摆动。按钮7的支腿8从按钮7后表面延伸,并有一枢轴13穿过的孔9;枢轴13也穿过按钮组件6基板10的支承部11的孔口,以使按钮7通过枢轴13枢接于所述基板10上,并通过弹簧14向前偏置;组件6容纳在外壳1的下部空间15,并有固定于外壳1底壁4的基板10,并且枢轴13两端支靠在外壳1侧壁部5内表面,而防止枢轴13从组件6中掉出。
Description
本发明涉及一种门锁手柄组件,用于插板盒和类似装置。
如图7所示,在一普通门锁手柄组件中,一可伸出和可缩回的手柄22通过一第一横轴23枢接于外壳21,并容纳在该处,一驱动伸出件24装在手柄22的后表面;一驱动伸出件通过其向后延伸的通道孔26位于外壳21底壁25上;一按钮27通过第二横轴28枢接于外壳21的下部,并通过弹簧29向前偏置。
上述各横轴装在外壳1中时,其两端被铆住,将手柄22枢接于外壳21上的第一横轴23直径较大,而将按钮27枢接在外壳21上的第二横轴28直径较小。所以,当大直径的第一横轴23被轴向挤压而被铆住时,小直径的第二横轴28常常弯曲而使按钮27不能平稳操作。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种门锁手柄组件,其中,提供了一将按钮枢接于组件外壳的第二横轴,其能防止偏移,而保证按钮组件的平稳摆动。
本发明上述目的是如此完成的,其提供了:
一门锁手柄组件,包括一手柄,其可伸出和缩回地容纳在外壳基端部中,并通过一第一横轴枢接于外壳,通过装在外壳上的按钮,手柄适于固定在外壳中的缩回位置中,其改进在于:
按钮有一支板部,其从按钮后表面延伸,支板部有一轴孔;
按钮组件的基板有一从其前表面延伸的支承板部;支承板部有一轴孔;
穿过这些轴向孔的第二横轴,使按钮通过第二横轴枢接于基板,并通过弹簧向前偏置,
按钮组件由按钮,第二横轴,弹簧和基板构成;
外壳下部有一空间,空间适于将按钮容纳在其中;
按钮组件容纳在外壳空间中,以便具有:向前设置的按钮;固定于外壳底壁的底板;第二横轴两端支靠在外壳两侧壁板部内表面,而防止第二横轴从按钮组件中掉出。

下面,参照附图对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明的门锁手柄组件包括一手柄2,其可伸出和缩回地容纳在外壳1的基端部,并通过一第一横轴3枢接于外壳1。通过装在外壳1中的按钮7,手枢2适于固定于其在外壳1中的缩回位置。
另外,在本发明中,按钮7具有一支板部8,其从按钮7后表面延伸。按钮7的支枢部8有一轴向孔9。它一方面,按钮组件6的基板10具有从其前表面延伸的支承板部11。基板10的支承板部11具有一轴向孔12。一第二横轴13穿过轴向孔9、12,使按钮7通过第二横轴13枢接于基板10,并通过弹簧14向前偏置。
从上面描述清楚可见,按钮组件6包括:按钮7,第二横轴13,弹簧14和基板10。
外壳1下部有一空间15。外壳1的空间适于接纳按钮组件6。按钮组件6容纳于空间15中,以致具有:向前设置的按钮7;固定于外壳1底壁4的基板10;第二横轴13的两端支靠在外壳1两侧壁板部5内表面,以防止第二横轴13从按钮组件6中掉出。
在操作中,当将按钮7压下,处于图3所示状态时,按钮7在第二横轴13上反时针摆动,而先将手柄2在第一横轴3上按时针方向摆动。而使手柄2向前伸出。按钮7由弹簧14向前偏置。所以,当手柄2反时针摆动而返回其闭锁位置时,按钮7自动返回其闭锁位置,其中,按钮件7将手柄2闭锁在按钮组件6上。
因为第二横轴13必须穿过轴向孔9,12,所以,第二横轴13的长度要等于外壳1空间15的宽度,由此,枢轴13两端支靠在外壳1相对侧壁板部5的内表面上,以防止第二横轴13相对于外壳1轴向移动。所以,即使枢轴13没有固定于外壳1,其也不会从轴向孔9,12中掉出。
在图1至5所示的本发明实施例中,手柄2上端通过第一横轴3枢接于外壳1上。枢轴3两端被铆接,而固定地装在外壳1中。一盘簧18将手柄2按时针方向偏置,手柄2有一从其后表面延伸的驱动伸出件16。手柄2的驱动伸出件16穿过外壳1后表面的通道孔17,而可相对于外壳1而伸出和缩回,并被操作而驱动一闭锁件(未示)。
另外,在本发明中,通过将第二横轴13枢入按钮7的轴向孔9和基板10的轴向孔12而将按钮组件6组装。将按钮组件6从外壳,后部通过外壳1的后开口插入外壳1的空间15,并安装在该处。当将按钮组件6装在外壳1空间15中完成之后,外壳1底壁4的按钮组件安装部分1a被铆接固定,以将按钮组件6固定地装在外壳1中。
在图6所示的本发明门锁手柄组件另一实施例中,手柄2通过第一横轴3枢接于锁轴2a。当使用者要打开手柄组件时,他必须压按钮7。当按钮7被压下时,在内弹簧18施加的弹性力作用下,手柄2能在第一横轴3上顺时针摆动。结果,手柄2向外伸出。于是,使用者可抓住向外伸出的手柄2,使其在锁轴2a上在预定方向侧向摆动,向使门锁手柄组件开启。
当按钮装置6装在外壳1中的空间15中时,将按钮组件6从空间心前侧抽入外壳1的空间心,而使按钮7向前设置。另一方面,基板10的后表面通过螺钉19固定于外壳1底壁4,以使按钮组件6固定地装在外壳1中。
在有上述结构的本发明门锁手柄组件中,第二横轴13穿过按钮7支板部8的轴向孔9和基板10支承板部11的轴向孔,以使按钮7通过第二横轴13而枢接于基板10,并通过弹簧14而向前偏置;按钮组件6容纳在外壳1的空间15中,而使按钮7朝前放置;按钮组件6的基板10固定于外壳1底壁4;第二横轴13两个端部13a支靠在外壳1两侧壁板部5内表面上,这就省略了第二横轴13两端13a的铆接工序,在该工序中,枢轴13要被轴向加压;由此,在组装时,就不会担心第二横轴13变弯和偏移,其保证了工作时按钮7的平稳的摆动。
Claims (1)
1.一种门锁手柄组件,包括一可伸出和可缩回地容纳在外壳(1)基端部的手柄(2),手柄(2)通过一第一横轴(3)枢接于所述外壳(1),通过一装在所述外壳(1)上的按钮(7),所述手柄(2)适于固定于其在所述外壳(1)中的缩回位置,其特征在于:
所述按钮(7)具有一从所述按钮(7)后表面延伸的支板部(8),所述支板部(8)有一轴向孔(9);
按钮组件(6)的基板(10)具有一从所述基板(10)前表面延伸的支承板部(11),所述支承板部(11)具有一轴向孔(12);
第二横轴(13)穿过所述轴向孔(9,12),以使所述按钮(7)通过所述第二横轴(13)枢接于所述基板(10),并通过弹簧(14)向前偏置;
所述按钮组件(6)包括:所述按钮(7),所述第二横轴(13),所述弹簧(14)和所述基板(10);
所述外壳(1)具有一位于下部的空间(15),所述空间(15)适于容纳所述按钮组件(6);
所述按钮组件(6)容纳于所述外壳(1)的空间(15)中,使所述按钮(7)向前设置,所述基板(10)固定于所述外壳(1)的底壁(4),所述第二横轴(13)的两端(13a)支靠在所述外壳(1)两侧壁板部(5)内表面上,以防止所述第二横轴(13)从所述按钮组件(6)上掉下。
