如上所述,已知技术中所采用的复合材料是由多个层压在一起的片元件构成,通常具有粘合剂位于中间。图1确实显示了以三层,分别为纸或纸状材料或者是纤维内容制成的外层、粘合剂的中间层和膜的内层进行标准结合的方案,膜通常具有不同性质,与纸的那些性质互补。
粘合剂铺在最终层压板的一个组分的表面。一旦粘合剂已经稳定其自身的粘结作用(例如聚合),即可在包装生产线上获得通常为连续带的形式的单体(single body),由此实现复合材料的后续加工性。组分材料紧密接合,并且除非有制造缺陷,它们永远不会彼此分离。
相反,图2示出了已知的复合层压板材料的示例,其由铺展聚乙烯(PE)和/或粘合剂的层的纸外层形成。这种应用类型中,在回收期间,复合层压板材料很容易生产所谓的“宏观胶粘物(macro-stikies)”,即纸+粘合剂和/或膜的团聚物。后者很可能会造成管道中的堵塞或纸制品的其它组分,和通过实际上妨碍层压板的可回收性的随之发生的巨大的损害。
在参照图1和图2的经考虑的示例中,组分的不分离性(塑料膜粘附到纸上,即粘合剂粘附到纤维上)会防止或阻碍复合材料的回收。
鉴于提到的复合材料所要求的性质和其可回收性,可以制备我们能够想到的食物包装领域中的两种示例,最常见的应用,复杂性方面极端的支架。
饼干、干面食和类似物的包装可被认为是相对简单的应用,作为形成包装壳的复合层压板材料仅需要机械抗性、对水蒸汽的流通的屏障和可焊接性。因此,这种类型的包装可以有利地通过在双聚丙烯或经结合的纸-聚丙烯中采用简单的膜来实现。在第一种情况下(双聚丙烯),在寿命的最后,材料可在塑料链中进行回收,而在第二种情况下(纸-聚丙烯),通常主要由纸构成的材料现在可以在纸链(处置代码C-PAP 81)中进行回收。然而,指南94/62EC(包装和包装废弃物指南),其到现在为止已经允许一起送出以恢复与纸结合的层压板材料,而在未来通过防止或限制将会有以限制的方式进行修改的可能。
在更复杂的应用中,例如包装经巴氏消毒的新鲜面食和类似产品,包装壳需要抗巴氏杀菌热冲击性和对氧气的屏障作用。在这种情况下,通常采用由聚酰胺-聚丙烯构成的结合或通过减少膜厚度的纸-聚酰胺-聚丙烯构成的结合。这两种类型的材料均不能通过回收进行恢复。实际上,以在第一种类型材料间相关联的不同性质的膜对第一种类型进行实施,而第二种类型,即使其具有纸层,也无法进入第二种类型材料链中,因为相对于包装的总重量的膜的百分数很高,并由此无法回收第二种类型材料。
即使是由其上施用了一种以上铺展的覆盖物(涂层)的纸或膜基板形成的复合材料的情况下,刚刚所述的相对于回收具有经结合层压的组分的复合材料中的困难是有效的。
发明内容
继而,由本发明摆出并解决的技术问题是提出了一种复合材料,以消除参照已知技术的上述缺点。
特别是,发明人检测到了将复合材料施用于包装的需求——特别为食物产品——可容易地分离为单一主要组分(优选地通过水中的简单浴),然后分别地送出进行回收。
上述问题由根据权利要求1的复合材料和根据权利要求15的用于实施该材料的方法来解决。
本发明的优选特征为从属权利要求的对象。
本发明提供了用于包装产品、特别是食物产品的复合材料,该复合材料具有其单个主要组分的可回收的特征。实际上,这样的组分导致其在水或主要为水的浴中是可分离的,并且该材料然后具有改善的环境性能,这得益于水溶性材料的中间层的插入,特别是碱金属硅酸盐,优选为钠Na或钾K。
在本文中,“复合”材料意味着由布置在相邻的层内的几种组分材料或基础材料所形成的结构。
通常,本发明的材料为以带或片的形式层压的材料。
如上述所述,使复合材料分离为其组分的浴是水浴或主要为水的浴。例如,该浴可由约100%的水或高达约80%的水和20%的其它产物形成。其它产物可为苏打、酸(例如盐酸、硫酸、硼酸)、表面活性剂或其它。
与浴的组成和不同材料的组成相关的在上下文中所表明的百分数组成以重量表示。
优选地,该浴在约6-80℃的范围内所包含的温度下进行。
上面显示的具体的浴组成和/或温度指示将被应用,例如,由在印刷产物的存在下由混合浸渍形成的和/或含有塑料类(聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯或其它)的污染物的复合材料的情况下。
本发明允许使第一层的表面(特别是由纸制得的,或大体上由纸或纤维素材料制得的)在结合阶段中基本上完全不含所采用的材料,并且可完全重复使用片的纤维结构,而不会产生宏观胶粘物或残留的粘性。例如,这是规则ATICELCA501/13所要求的。
通示例而非限制的方式示出的本发明的其它优点、特征和使用模式将从一些实施方案的以下详细描述中变得明显。

具体实施方式
本发明的不同实施方案和变型将参照上述附图在下文中进行描述。
不同实施方案的类似/通用组件将指定为相同的附图标记。
此外,在下面的详细描述中,除了在相同的说明书中已经讨论过的实施方案和变型,实施方案和变型将通过限定相对于已描述的内容的区别来进行描述。
将下文中所描述的不同的实施方案和变体以可兼容的结合的方式进行使用。
首先参照图3,根据本发明的第一优选的实施方案的层压板复合材料作为整体被标记为1。复合材料1为片或连续带的形式。
在本实施例中,复合材料1适合用于食物产品的包装,特别是面包、饼干、新鲜或干燥的面食或其它。
本实施方案的复合材料1由多层结构形成。
首先,这样的结构包含第一层21,第一层21因其确实置于最终包装的外侧而被称为外层并且由纸材料制得。特别是,第一层21由纸或纤维素材料(普遍为纤维素或少数为纤维)制得。
然后,多层结构包含第二层22,同样因为其确实置于最终包装的内侧而被称为内层。本实施例的第二层22为粘合剂。
根据本发明,然后提供置于第一层21和第二层22之间的第三中间层23。中间层23由M2O×nSiO2的碱金属硅酸盐M制得,其中n=1,5÷4。优选地,第三层为硅酸钠或硅酸钾。
在本实施方案中,最终多层结构包含第四层24,相对于第二层22还更内侧。在本实施例中,第三层24为具有对水蒸气屏障作用的膜,例如塑料膜,特别为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、镀金的聚丙烯、铝或类似物。可以插入材料的附加后续层,以实现达到包装在机械抗性、可加工性和屏障方面所期望的结果的目的。
根据用于实现复合材料1的方法,上面提到的四层或多层之间的结合由热轧或冷轧获得。
根据优选的变型,对粘合剂的第二层22进行干燥,即使其在施用于(即连接到)第一层21和第三层23前变干。
优选地,为了将层21和23的组连接到层22和24的组,采用具有受控的温度和压力的滚动压延机(热压延机)。在这样的变型中,所产生的复合材料具有所述层之间的最佳的密封。
在另外的变型中,提出了用于第二层22或用于后续层的“无溶剂”的粘合剂的使用,因为它们不含水,能够实现各层之间的提高的密封。
图4示出本发明的层压复合材料的第二实施方案,在这一情况下标记为100。在该实施方案中,提供了在朝向中间层23的膜24的侧边上的粘合剂的附加层25的应用。
优选地,如图4所示的用于实施复合材料100的方法提供了干燥相,为了防止两层粘合层22和25在将由粘合剂25和膜24形成的组粘附在由纸21、硅酸盐23和粘合剂22形成的组之前以相同方式同时进行粘附。
即使在21-23-22和24-25两组的情况下,实施方法可提供具有受控的温度和压力的滚动压延机(热压延机)。该技术提供了组分材料之间的机械抗性和密封的最佳结果。
图5涉及层压板复合材料的第三实施方案,在此以101进行标记。在这种情况下,除了外层21和中间层23,还提供了以覆盖物(涂层)或粘合剂实施的内层220。该层可由热回火粘合剂构成或包含聚乙烯(PE)熔融物。
附加的实施方案可提供纸的外层,铺展的硅酸钠或其它在本发明的意义中的水溶性材料和作为内层的附加铺展的膜,例如涂层或粘合剂。铺展后,水溶性材料和内层由此被贯通并适于基本上实现同样的复合层。
可选地,实际上可以将水溶性材料的中间层和内层集成在以单一材料的形式一起施用的同一层中。
在上面示出的所有实施方案中,可以通过水或主要由水构成的溶液的简单浴的方法将层压板复合材料的不同组分彼此分离。事实上,当将复合材料放置在含水的盆中时,通过从第一层的纸状材料上或从粘附在复合材料的膜上剥离粘在复合材料上的膜,或剥离施用在复合材料上的涂层,亲水性的且溶于水的硅酸钠(或其它碱金属的硅酸盐)熔融。
当与粘合剂的第二层相关联时,上述复合材料甚至可利用硅酸盐的絮凝剂能力。事实上,后者在水浴中起着粘合剂粒子的“螯合剂”的功能。以这种方式,可以避免在存在纸纤维的水中保持悬浮的这样的粘合剂颗粒再次与硅酸盐接触而在制浆和回收片相的形成期间产生伴随着小球的产生和所谓的“胶粘物”(纸和粘合剂的聚合物)的形成的后续问题的风险。
在由纸的层和迄今为止被认为的那些塑料膜或涂层中的一种形成的复合材料的情况下,很容易通过纤维素载体的毛细作用使硅酸盐与水接触。特别是,水和硅酸盐之间有很大的接触表面,伴随着用于实现分离两种组分膜或涂层-纸的阶段的非常短的时间。
图6中示出了层压板复合材料的另一实施方案,在此以102进行标记,与图3的实施方案相类似,但在图6中硅酸盐层置于两层塑料膜之间。特别是,在复合材料102中,提供了塑料膜形式的第一外层210、硅酸盐的中间层23和膜形式的第四层24。此外,根据不连续模式施用的粘合剂的层221置于层23和24之间。在所表示的实施例中,其是具有纵向条的应用。
当确实需要对复合材料中彼此相连的不同性质的塑料膜进行分离时,这种实施方案是特别有利的。事实上,在这种情况下,硅酸盐与浴水的的接触表面专有地由片的外侧部分表示,从而粘附到硅酸盐上的层不透水。粘合剂的应用中的上述不连续的模式施用于渗透了水通路通道,从而产生了硅酸盐的膨胀和增溶,进而促进了层的分离。
图7中显示了相对于图6的复合材料的实施方案的变型,在这种情况下,以103进行标记,提供了硅酸盐的“阶梯状”沉积。特别地,提出了将硅酸盐的层23置于分别为225和226的粘合剂的两层之间,并且粘合剂甚至涉及材料的侧部,通过侧边沉积201和202直接与最终膜210和24的两层相连接。换言之,粘合剂实现了包裹硅酸盐的层的边框。以这种方式,不存在由于湿气渗透引起的在产品的使用寿命期间层意外分离的风险。
回收时,在水浴中的分离过程中,可以将材料103分切成小片段(例如宽1cm×1cm),以缓和硅酸盐与水之间的接触并继而使分离过程变得容易进行。
应该指出的是,干燥时的硅酸盐具有高刚度(并且为此有时以“液体玻璃”进行定义)。通过插入有助于使相关层(例如有机填料类、如甘油的油类、山梨醇、蔗糖、各种改性的淀粉、乙二醇、苯乙烯聚合物类、丙烯酸、聚2-乙基-2-恶唑啉(Ossazoline)等)具有弹性的硅酸盐添加剂可以控制(并且特别是减少)该刚度。
此外,为了便于硅酸盐层上设置粘合剂层,可以插入矿物填料类,诸如例如碳酸钙。特别是,通过利用一些填料(诸如例如滑石)的天然特性,可以提供对矿物油屏障的硅酸盐层的特征。该特性可在再生纸的结构层化的层中使用,而不会导致对人体健康危险的污染物的迁移的风险。
可进一步考虑插入多于一层的硅酸盐的可能性,其目的为向各层提供特定功能。实际上,中间层或本文中考虑过的复合材料的其它中间层的硅酸盐甚至可以添加优选在0.5%和99%之间变化的百分数的其它组分(例如聚乙烯醇PVA-PVOH、乙烯-乙烯醇-EVOH、PLA、云母、蛭石、金属氧化物类或其它),通过避免塑料膜的其它层重叠来赋予其特定性能(特别是对氧气、UV等的屏障作用);即当需要时提高和/或改变所采用的产品的溶解度特征,其具有实现纸样材料的全部回收的目的。
此外,在对潮湿环境更高的抗性是必要的特定应用的情况下,利用硅酸盐的化学特性,通过诸如酸反应、碳酸盐的插入、以CO2的惰性化的已知技术,可以进行硅酸盐层或最外部层中的一层的部分不溶解。
在使用复合材料实现的包装必须保存在冰箱中的应用的情况下,包装可用对水的涂层屏障提供对包装本身的外表面的保护,以便防止硅酸盐被环境湿度影响。以通过组成能够在材料回收期间实现简单脱墨的表面的方式,铺展包装的外表面的、各种组合硅酸盐的层(尤其为由纸制得的)也是可能的。
通过参考图8A-8C,甚至可以通过减少构成复合材料的多个单层的厚度来增大本发明的复合材料制得的包装的环境优势。实际上,利用硅酸盐的特定特征实现的结构的高刚度使得实现了最佳结果而较少使用原料。
特别是,目前市场上存在的具有密封内部空气的特征的包装是由多层膜形成的,其中内层通常为热熔融塑料膜。这种选择的原因在于需要保证由标准包装机进行的常规焊接甚至在材料重叠的存在下(例如由于所谓的方形背景包装的通常缺口)保持密封。事实上,该包装中采用的多层材料的外层通常是由没有热焊接性特征的膜形成。多层材料的内层的热熔融膜具有一定厚度以覆盖原始材料的至少两个风箱状折叠的重叠点的厚度上的不同。因此,已知包装以整体的高厚度和由此的原材料的高经济发生和作为大量使用材料的结果的高环境影响为特征。
在图8A-8C的材料中,由纸210和硅酸盐23的组形成的最外层部分足够硬以保证焊接时没有失控的折叠产生(可见,具有低材料厚度的硅酸盐的使用有助于实现该特性刚度)。这样的外部是不能热焊接的。热熔融膜的内层28明显是可热焊接的,并且可以具有例如包含在12至60微米之间的厚度。纸210的外层在进行包装焊接的材料的交叉点处穿孔,使得焊接具有基本上平坦的接触表面,由此甚至可以通过采用低厚度的膜来实现密封的包装,这归因于硅酸盐的层以及热焊接和并不一定的热熔融给出的刚度。
在另一变型中,可实现依次包含以下层的复合材料:
-聚乙烯或防水油漆的外层;
-油墨层;
-硅酸盐层;
-纸层;
-硅酸盐层;
-铝+硅酸盐层;
-所谓的“无溶剂”的材料层;和
-经结合的膜中的聚乙烯或热熔融塑料膜的内层。
此外,在连接的可能性中,可采用来自再生来源的所有类别的膜和涂层,诸如例如PLA-玻璃纸、PHB、PCL,即如果在这种情况下,它们的前驱体可为不同的混合物的情况,诸如糖类,植物油类,淀粉类等。
最后,作为上面提到的碱金属的硅酸盐的替代品,单独或与硅酸盐和/或上面提到的其它添加剂中的一种进行组合使用另一水溶性材料是可能的。特别地,上述中间层可由选自包含明胶、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇的组的一种或多种材料制得。
可见,水溶性材料可以是包括高百分数的水溶性材料的层的部分,例如99%的组成的聚乙烯醇和已经提及的添加剂/佐剂,特别是糖和/或淀粉,或2%的硅酸钠或其它,反之亦然。
目前,本发明已经通过参考优选的实施方案进行了描述。应当指出的是,可存在如由下面记录的权利要求中的保护范围所限定的属于相同发明核心的其它实施方案。

Claims (19)

1.一种层压板复合材料(1),特别地适合用于包装食物产品,具有多层结构,其包括:
-第一外层(21);
-第二内层(22),
其中所述第一层和第二层(22、22)或置于其间的第三中间层(23)专有地或以主要百分比包含水溶性材料,从而使得两个以上所述层(21、22、23)在使用后通过水的浴或普遍为水的浴是可分离的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料(1),其中所述中间层(23)、所述第一层(21)或所述第二层(22)专有地或以主要百分比包含M2O×nSiO2并且n=1,5÷4的碱金属硅酸盐M。
3.根据前述权利要求所述的复合材料(1),其中M选自包含钠Na、钾K和锂Li的组。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述水溶性材料为占其自身层约99%组成的聚乙烯醇或占其自身层约2%组成的硅酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料(1),其中所述中间层(23)、所述第一层(21)或所述第二层(22)专有地或以主要百分比包含一种以上材料,其选自包含糖类、淀粉类、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇的组。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述第二内层(22)为粘合剂的层或热熔融和/或热可焊接和/或金属膜的层。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述第一层(21)是透气的。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述第一层(21)具有纸或具有纸样材料、纤维素材料或纤维材料。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),包含与所述第二内层(22)相邻的其它层(24、25),并且优选地选自包含粘合剂、膜材料和涂层的组。
10.根据前述权利要求所述的复合材料(1),其中所述第二层(220)和/或所述其它层(24)由聚乙烯PE制成。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述中间层(23)、所述第一层(21)或所述第二层(22)包含一种以上粘合剂,其选自以下组:有机填料类、油类(诸如甘油、山梨糖醇、乙二醇)、苯乙烯聚合物类、丙烯酸类、矿物填料类(例如滑石粉)、聚乙烯醇PVA-PVOH、PLA乙烯-乙烯基醇(EVOH)、云母、蛭石、长石、沸石、糖、淀粉或其它。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其中所述第二内层(22)以不连续的形式应用,使得形成用于水浴的水通路的通道。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),包含来自可再生来源的膜和/或涂层,例如PLA-玻璃纸、PHB、PCL。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合材料(1),其为片或连续带的形式。
15.一种包装:包含由根据前述权利要求中任一项的复合材料(1)制成的包装壳,和收纳在所述包装壳内的产品,特别是食物。
16.一种用于制造复合材料层压板(1)的方法,特别地适合用于包装食物产品,包含以下步骤:
-提供外层(21)和中间层(23),所述中间层(23)由水溶性材料制得,所述外层和所述中间层彼此粘附;
-提供粘合剂的第二内层(22);
-干燥所述第二粘合剂层(22);和
-将所述第二粘合剂层(22)连接至由所述外层(21)和所述中间层(23)形成的组件,
其中两个以上所述层(21、22、23)在使用后通过水的浴或普遍为水的浴是可分离的。
17.根据前述权利要求的方法,包含提供粘合剂的其它层(25)的其它步骤、干燥所述其它粘合剂层(25)的步骤和将所述其它粘合剂层(25)粘附到所述第二粘合剂层(22)的步骤。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其是制备根据权利要求1至15中任一项的复合材料(1)或包装的方法。
19.用于回收根据权利要求1至15中任一项的复合材料或包装的方法,包括通过水的浴或主要为水的浴分离两种以上所述层(21、22、23)的组分的步骤。
