Abstract

Método para clarificar un sedimento de vino en una instalación con una centrífuga tipo gusano de pared sólida para la clarificación centrífuga del sedimento, formando una fase sólida y una fase líquida, y en donde la clarificación del sedimento se produce por adición de al menos un agente clarificante antes y/o después de la clarificación centrífuga.
