Abstract
Axe d'attelage polymère amélioré comportant au moins une zone évidée dans laquelle sont placées des bagues en élastomère. La zone évidée est stratégiquement placée dans une zone de la tige d'axe dans laquelle l'accouplement attelage-mâchoire exerce des chocs, des forces et des contraintes sur l'axe. Les bagues en élastomère situées dans la zone évidée permettent l'amortissement des chocs, des forces et des contraintes exercés sur l'axe, permettant à l'axe d'éviter un contact dur avec l'attelage et la mâchoire, répartissent les charges exercées par l'attelage et la mâchoire de manière plus uniforme, réalignent les positions de l'attelage et de la mâchoire et protègent l'axe lui-même des entailles et des éraflures de surface. Lesdites bagues en élastomère situées sur la tige de l'axe améliorent la durée de vie de l'ensemble attelage-mâchoire ainsi que de l'axe.
