Abstract
SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDO NUCLEICO DE PRECURSOR DE MIRNA ARTIFICIAL, CONSTRUÇÃO RECOMBINANTE E MÉTODO PARA REDUZIR A EXPRESSÃO DE UMA SEQUÊNCIA ALVO. A presente invenção descreve fragmentos de ácido nucleico isolados compreendendo miRNAs precursores, e miRNAs artificiais e o uso destes para regular negativamente a expressão gênica.
