Description
Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para "SERVIÇO DE LOCALIZAÇÃO DE PLANO USUÁRIO SOBRE PROTOCOLO DE INICIALI- ZAÇÃO DA SESSÃO".
O presente Pedido de patente reivindica prioridade do Pedido de patente Provisório US número 60/861.267 intitulado "Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário Sobre Protocolo de Inicialização de Seção (SIP)", deposi- tado em 28 de novembro de 2006, cuja totalidade é aqui com isto expressa- mente incorporada para referência.
Fundamento da invenção
1. Campo da Invenção
A presente invenção refere-se a portadores sem fio e de longa distância, Provedores de Serviço Internet (ISPs), e distribuidores de servi- ços/ provedores de conteúdo de informação e portadores de longa distância. Mais particularmente, ela é relativa a serviços de localização para a indústria sem fio.
2. Antecedente da Técnica Relacionada
Informação de localização relativa a assinantes está se tornando crescentemente disponível em uma rede sem fio. Informação de localização é relativa a coordenadas absolutas de um dispositivo sem fio.
A figura 4 mostra uma solicitação de Serviços de LoCalização convencional (LCS).
Em particular, como mostrado na figura 4, um servidor de locali- zação 106 solicita informação de localização a respeito de um assinante mó- vel específico (MS) a partir de um nó de rede núcleo, por exemplo, de um Centro de Comutação Móvel (MSC) 110. Informação solicitada relativa a um dispositivo sem fio específico (MS) pode incluir, por exemplo, ligar, desligar e atualização de área de localização. O servidor de localização 106 pode tam- bém solicitar informação relativa ao dispositivo sem fio, tal como ligar e des- ligar e/ou atualização da área de localização a partir de um Nó de Dados de Pacote (por exemplo, SGSN, GGSN, ou PDSN), ou ajudar o dispositivo a calcular a direção x/y. Tipicamente, informação de localização relativa a um dispositivo sem fio específico é solicitada de um registro de localização domés- tico (HLR).
Como mostrado na etapa 1 da figura 4 um cliente de serviços de localizações 104 envia uma mensagem para um servidor de localização 106.
Na etapa 2 o servidor de localização 106 envia uma mensagem de Fornecer Informação de Assinante para um Registro de Localização Do- méstico 108 solicitando informação de assinante relativa a um assinante es- pecífico.
Na etapa 3 o Registro de Localização Doméstico (HLR) do por- tador 108 fornece a informação de assinante para o assinante solicitado de volta para o servidor de localização 106.
Na etapa 4, informação de localização relativa ao assinante soli- citado é solicitada ou para um MSC ou um Nó de Dados de Pacote 110. O MSC ou Nó de Dados de Pacote preferivelmente fornece informação de lo- calização precisa utilizando, por exemplo, um satélite de posicionamento 15 global (GPS), técnicas de triangulação, ou outra tecnologia de localização relevante, ou ajuda o dispositivo a calcular a direção X/Y.
Na etapa 5 a solicitação de localização é transferida para a Rede de Acesso Rádio (RAN) 112, se necessário.
Na etapa 6 informação de localização atualizada, precisa, relati- va ao assinante solicitado é enviada para o servidor de localização (LS) 106.
Na etapa 7 uma resposta final para a solicitação de localização original é enviada para o cliente LCS 104 que solicitou inicialmente a infor- mação de localização.
Plano de Usuário Seguro para Localização (SUPL) é um proto- 25 colo baseado em padrões, que foi desenvolvido para permitir a um cliente de aparelho móvel se comunicar com um servidor de localização, por exemplo, como mostrado na etapa 1 da figura 4. A especificação SUPL é definida pelo grupo de trabalho de padrões Aliança Móvel Aberta (OMA) (Open Mobile Alliance). Referir-se ao documento OMA Arquitetura de Localização de Pla- 30 no Usuário Seguro OMA-AD-SUPL-V1_0-210060127-C para mais detalhes em fluxos de chamada SUPL-OMA, e documento OMA Protocolo de Locali- zação de Plano Usuário OMA-TS-ULP-V1_0-20060127C. O SUPL OMA Versão 1 especifica dois tipos básicos de fluxos de chamada: (1) um fluxo de chamada iniciado (NI) em rede SUPL e (2) um fluxo de chamada iniciada em ajuste (SI) SUPL. De acordo com o padrão SUPL, uma sessão ID tem um valor exclusivo que consiste de porções de servidor e aparelho telefônico.

para uma solicitação de localização SUPL iniciada por um agente SUPL.
Em particular, como mostrado na figura 5, mensagens são pas- sadas entre um agente SUPL 802 que reside na rede e um servidor de refe- rência sat 804, um servidor SUPL 806, um PPG 808, e um terminal (SET) SUPL 812.
O servidor SUPL (ou plataforma de localização SUPL (SLP)) 806 compreende um centro de localização SUPL (SLC) e centro de posiciona- mento SUPL (SPC). Um dispositivo móvel está generalizado na figura 5 co- mo um terminal habilitado (SET) 812. O SLC coordena operações de comu- 15 nicações SUPL na rede e controla o componente SPC. O SPC fornece da- dos de assistência do sistema de posicionamento global (GPS) para o termi- nal habilitado SUPL (SET) 812, e realiza cálculo de posição precisa de um SET 812.
Solicitações de localização iniciadas na rede 820 chegam no 20 servidor SUPL 806 através de uma interface MLP. O servidor SUPL 806 que processa esta solicitação iniciada em rede é solicitada a enviar uma mensa- gem gatilho (mensagem INIT SUPL) 822 para o SET 812 para validar e inici- alizar uma sessão de posicionamento SUPL 828. A mensagem gatilho 822 é enviada para o SET 8121 e uma s 7800 e 12 é uma mensagem adicional 25 (push message) 824 a partir do PPG 808 (ou como uma mensagem SMS a partir de um SMSC/MC). Neste ponto o SET 812 precisa estabelecer uma conexão segura TCP/IP para o servidor SUIPL 806 para responder à solici- tação de posicionamento SUPL.
Para serviços iniciados em rede de localização ponta a ponta baseados em IP quando um servidor de localização precisa descobrir infor- mação de contato (por exemplo, um endereço IP) de um dado alvo o servi- dor de localização envia um gatilho para o alvo para permitir ao alvo estabe- Iecer uma sessão com o servidor de localização. Serviços de localização de plano usuário baseados em IP convencionais (por exemplo, SUPL OMA) são construídos sobre mensagens WAP push/SMS e TCP como um protocolo de transporte para iniciar um procedimento de posicionamento de terminação móvel.
Existem alguns cenários onde utilização convencional de Servi- ços de Localização de Plano Usuário não trabalha, ou não trabalha bem.
Por exemplo, em um cenário onde um dispositivo alvo tem aces- so Internet por meio de, por exemplo, WLAN, LAN ou DSL, pode não ser possível para o servidor de localização iniciar a localização por meio de utili- zação de um SMS1 WAP Push. Isto é particularmente verdadeiro se o servi- dor de localização não pode determinar o endereço IP do dispositivo alvo, e a rede para a qual o dispositivo alvo não suporta interoperação correta com mensagens SMS ou WAO Push.
Um segundo exemplo é relativo à chamada de emergência ba- seada em Voz sobre IP (VoIP) (existem algumas variações na indústria sem fio, por exemplo, emergência IMS no padrão 3GPP e emergência MMD no padrão 3GPP2, referidas genericamente como uma chamada SIP pelo IETF. Este cenário delineia uma chamada de emergência que já estabeleceu uma sessão SIP com a rede de serviço. Durante a chamada de emergência o Ponto de Resposta de Segurança Pública apropriado (PSAP) pode requerer informação de localização atualizada relativa ao discador de emergência.
Os presentes inventores apreciam que o mecanismo existente de utilizar mensagens WAP Push/SMS pode não ser eficiente e confiável, uma vez que mensagens WAP Push/SMS são construídas sobre mecanis- mos de armazenar e enviar. Em outras palavras, não há garantia que o gati- lho de uma solicitação de serviço de localização venha a ser distribuído para um alvo antes que termine a chamada de emergência.
Sumário da Invenção
A presente invenção introduz um método e um mecanismo que permitem a um servidor de localização iniciar um procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário (por exemplo, SUPL) para um dispositivo habili- tado de plano usuário através de Mensagem Instantânea ou, alternativamen- te, através de uma seção SIP existente se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida.
De acordo com um aspecto da invenção, um método e aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador compreende inicializar um pro- cedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário. Se uma sessão de protocolo de inicialização de sessão (SIP) já existe, uma solicitação de loca- lização é sinalizada para um dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário através de protocolo de inicialização de seção (SIP).
Um método e aparelho para obter uma localização de um disca- dor de acordo com um outro aspecto da invenção compreende determinar se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida com um discador. Se uma seção multimídia já está estabelecida com o discador, informação de localização atualizada do discador é obtida através de uma sessão de protocolo de inici- alização de sessão existente (SIP).
Breve Descrição dos Desenhos
Aspectos e vantagens da presente invenção se tornarão eviden- tes para aqueles versados na técnica a partir da descrição a seguir com refe- rência aos desenhos, nos quais:
Figura 1 ilustra um fluxo de mensagem de alto nível onde Servi- ço de Localização de Plano Usuário utiliza sinalização baseada em SIP co- mo o transporte, de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
Figura 2 ilustra uma variação do procedimento de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário onde um servidor de localização atua como um observador do serviço de localização e inicia um procedimento de recu- peração de localização apenas quando o dispositivo alvo está em linha de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
Figura 3 ilustra um outro caso de utilização onde a solução de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário sobre SIP é utilizada para recupe- rar a localização atualizada do discador em emergência VolP, de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
Figura 4 mostra uma solicitação convencional de Serviços de LoCalização (LCS).
Figura 5 mostra fluxo típico de chamada terminada móvel OMA para uma solicitação de localização SUPL inicializada por um agente SUPL. Descrição Detalhada de Modalidades Ilustrativas 5 A presente invenção introduz um método e um mecanismo que
permitem a um servidor de localização inicializar o procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário para um dispositivo habilitado de plano usuá- rio através de Mensagem Instantânea ou, alternativamente, através de uma sessão SIP existente se uma seção multimídia já está estabelecida.
O protocolo de inicialização de sessão (SIP) é um protocolo pa-
drão da Força-tarefa de Engenharia Internet (IETF) para inicializar uma ses- são de usuário interativa que envolve elementos multimídia tal como vídeo, voz, conversa, jogo, realidade virtual, etc. SIP é especificado na solicitação IETF para Comentários (RFC) 2543. Como http ou SMTP, SIP trabalha na camada de aplicativos do modelo de comunicações de interconexão de sis- temas abertos (OSI). SIP também pode ser utilizado para convidar partici- pantes para sessões que não envolvem necessariamente o iniciador. Uma vez que SIP suporta serviços de mapeamento de nome e redirecionamento, ele torna possível para usuários inicializar e receber comunicações e servi- ços a partir de qualquer localização e redes para identificar os usuários onde quer que eles estejam. SIP é um protocolo de solicitação-resposta que lida com solicitações a partir de clientes e respostas a partir de servidores. Parti- cipantes identificados por meio de Iocalizadores SIP de recursos universais (URLs). Solicitações podem ser enviadas através de qualquer protocolo de transporte tais como UDP, SCTP, ou TCP. SIP determina o sistema final a ser utilizado para a sessão, os meios de comunicação e os sócios de meios e o desejo do parceiro chamado para engatar na comunicação. Uma vez que estes estejam assegurados, SIP estabelece parâmetros de chamada em qualquer extremidade da comunicação, e manipula transferência e termino de chamada.
A figura 1 ilustra um fluxo de mensagem de alto nível onde o Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário utiliza sinalização baseada em SIP como o transporte de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
Em particular, como mostrado na figura 1 a descrição do serviço genérico é descrita como a seguir:
Na etapa 1 da figura 1 um dispositivo habilitado de serviço de localização 200 tem acesso garantido à Internet com sucesso a partir de um Provedor de Acesso de Serviço Internet 202 através de acesso à alinhado fixo (por exemplo, discador, DSL, cabo ou LAN), ou acesso sem fio utilizan- do um dos seguintes (porém não limitado a): LAN sem fio (WLAN) que é a construído com base na IEEE 802.11x; rede de área pessoal (WPAN) que é a construído com base na IEEE 802.15 (também referida como Bluetooth™); Acesso de Interoperacionabilidade para Microondas (WiMAX) ou rede de área metropolitana sem fio (WMAN), que é construída baseada em IEEE 802.16; tecnologias de acesso de dados em pacote de terceira geração (3G) baseadas em UMTS ou IxEVDO, ou as tecnologias aprimoradas, por exem- pio, Acesso a Pacote de Enlace Descendente de Alta Velocidade (HSDPA); acesso a dados de pacote sobre satélite; ou acesso de dados de pacote de alta velocidade sobre enlace ótico ponto a ponto, por exemplo, construídos baseados em IEEE 802.17.
O dispositivo habilitado de serviço de localização 200 então ini- cia o registro necessário de serviço de presença pela RFC2778, 2779 e 3856. Quando do registro para o serviço de presença dispositivo de informa- ção de contato que inclui informação de rede (por exemplo, endereço IP) etc., é armazenado em um servidor de presença 204.
Na etapa 2 uma solicitação para informação de localização do 25 dispositivo habilitado de serviço de localização 200 é gerada por um prove- dor de serviço de localização 206. A solicitação de localização pode ser ge- rada por um aplicativo na rede que utilizam a informação de localização, por exemplo, um relatório de clima baseado em uma localização ou por um apli- cativo que reside no terminal usuário final.
Na etapa 3, o cliente de serviço de localização correspondente
208 envia uma solicitação de localização para um servidor de localização 210 para o dispositivo alvo 200 especificado por um dos seguintes identifica- dores juntamente com outros critérios: MSISDN; IMSI; MSN; endereço IP; SIP URI; TEL URI; ou XMPP URI.
Na etapa 4, ao receber a solicitação de localização o servidor de localização 210 examina os identificadores do dispositivo alvo 200 e deter- 5 mina que o dispositivo alvo 200 não está em uma rede móvel convencional (por exemplo, rede celular habilitada por dados de pacote). O servidor de localização 210 então inicializa uma Mensagem Instantânea que contém a informação necessária para disparar o procedimento de serviço de localiza- ção de plano usuário para o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 10 204. O servidor de localização 210 pode recuperar a SIP URI, XMPP URI ou TEL URI do dispositivo alvo 200 com base no identificador recebido diferente de SIP URI, XMPP URI ou TEL URI a partir das outras entidades rede, por exemplo, HLR/HSS nas redes celulares.
Na etapa 5, com base na informação de registro o servidor de 15 presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204 envia a Mensagem Instantânea para o dispositivo alvo 200 através de SIP. Nas modalidades descritas a Mensagem Instantânea pode ser enviada sobre a sessão SIP existente se existe uma sessão SIP existente estabelecida entre o dispositivo alvo 200 e o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204.
Na etapa 6, ao receber a Mensagem Instantânea que contém
informação necessária para disparar o procedimento de Serviço de Localiza- ção de Plano Usuário, o dispositivo alvo 200 inicia uma sessão de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário com o servidor de localização 210. A sina- lização de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário pode ou utilizar padrão
TCP/IP ou UDP/IP ou utilizar padrão SIP de sinalização como o transporte. Utilizar sinalização SIP como o transporte tem alguma vantagem quando existem entidades de segurança (por exemplo, firewalls) envolvidas nas re- des onde conectividade IP direta com certas portas não é accessível. Quan- do da completação do procedimento de Serviço de Localização de Plano 30 Usuário, o servidor de localização 210 recupera uma localização fixa do dis- positivo alvo 200.
Na etapa 7 o servidor de localização 210 retorna a localização fi- xa recuperada para o cliente do serviço de localização 208.
Na etapa 8 o cliente de serviço de localização 208 envia a infor- mação de localização de volta para o aplicativo de serviço de localização.
A figura 2 ilustra uma variante do procedimento Serviço de Loca- 5 lização de Plano Usuário onde um servidor de localização 210 atua como um observador do serviço de localização 210 e inicializa um procedimento de recuperação de localização apenas quando o dispositivo alvo 200 está em linha de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
O procedimento mostrado e descrito com relação à figura 2 pode ser implementado como o procedimento primário para um Serviço de Locali- zação de Plano Usuário. Alternativamente, ele pode ser implementado como um procedimento de emergência para o fluxo de chamada mostrado e des- crito com relação à figura 1.
A descrição do serviço genérico mostrado na figura 2 está des- crita como a seguir:
Na etapa 1 uma solicitação para informação de localização do dispositivo habilitado para serviço de localização 200 é gerada por um pro- vedor de serviço de localização 206. A solicitação de localização pode ser gerada por um aplicativo na rede que utiliza a informação de localização, por 20 exemplo, um relatório de clima baseado na localização; ou por um aplicativo que reside no terminal usuário final.
Na etapa 2, o cliente do serviço de localização correspondente 208 envia uma solicitação de localização para um servidor de localização 210 para o dispositivo alvo 200 especificado por um dos seguintes identifica- dores, juntamente com outros critérios: MSISDN; IMSI; MSN; MIN; endereço IP; SIP URI; TEL URI; ou XMPP URI.
Na etapa 3, no recebimento da mensagem de solicitação de lo- calização o servidor de localização 210 examina os identificadores do dispo- sitivo alvo 200 e determina que o dispositivo alvo 200 não está sendo servi- 30 do por uma rede móvel convencional (por exemplo, rede celular habilitada para dados de pacote). O servidor de localização 210 então inicializa uma solicitação para o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204 para obter informação relacionada à presença do dispositivo alvo 200.
Na etapa 4 o dispositivo alvo 200 se torna disponível e envia uma atualização de estado para o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instan- tânea 204.
5 Na etapa 5 o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204
envia uma notificação que contém a informação de contato para o dispositivo alvo 200. A informação de contato pode incluir, por exemplo, um endereço IP do dispositivo alvo 200.
Na etapa 6, opcionalmente, o servidor de localização 210 inicia- Iiza uma Mensagem Instantânea que contém a informação necessária para disparar o procedimento de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário para o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204.
Na etapa 7, com base na informação de registro, o servidor de presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204 envia a Mensagem Instantânea para o 15 dispositivo alvo 200 através de SIP. Nas modalidades divulgadas a Mensa- gem Instantânea pode ser enviada sobre a sessão SIP existente se existe uma sessão SIP existente estabelecida entre o dispositivo alvo 200 e o ser- vidor da presença/Mensagem Instantânea 204.
Na etapa 8, ao receber a Mensagem Instantânea que contém informação necessária para disparar o procedimento de Serviço de Localiza- ção de Plano Usuário o dispositivo alvo 200 inicia uma sessão de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário com o servidor de localização 210. A sinaliza- ção de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário pode ou utilizar padrão PCT/IP ou UDP/IP ou utilizar padrão SIP de sinalização como o transporte. Utilizar sinalização SIP como o transporte tem alguma vantagem quando existem entidades de segurança (por exemplo, firewalls) envolvidos nas re- des onde conectividade IP direta com certas portas não é acessível. Quando da completação do procedimento de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuá- rio, o servidor de localização 210 recupera uma localização fixa do dispositi- vo ao alvo 200.
Na etapa 9, o servidor de localização 210 retorna a localização fixa recuperada para o cliente do serviço de localização 208. Na etapa 10, o cliente do serviço de localização 208 envia a in- formação de localização de volta para o aplicativo do serviço de localização.
A figura 3 ilustra um outro caso de utilização onde um Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário sobre SIP é utilizado para recuperar a infor- mação de localização atualizada com relação a um discador de emergência de protocolo de Voz sobre Internet (VoIP) de acordo com os princípios da presente invenção.
A descrição de serviço genérico mostrada na figura 3 está des- crita como a seguir.
Na etapa 1 da figura 3 uma chamada de emergência baseada
em VoIP é inicializada a partir de um terminal VoIP 300 através ou de aces- so de linha fixo (por exemplo, discador, malha de assinante digital (DSL), rede de cabo ou de área local (LAN)), ou acesso sem fio utilizando um dos seguintes (porém não limitado a): LAN sem fio (WLAN) que é a construído 15 com base na IEEE 802.11x; rede de área pessoal (WPAN) que é a construí- do com base na IEEE 802.15 (também referida como Bluetooth™); Acesso de Interoperacionabilidade para Microondas (WiMAX) ou rede de área me- tropolitana sem fio (WMAN), que é construída baseada em IEEE 802.16; tecnologias de acesso de dados em pacote de terceira geração (3G) basea- 20 das em UMTS ou IxEVDO, ou as tecnologias aprimoradas, por exemplo, Acesso a Pacote de Enlace Descendente de Alta Velocidade (HSDPA); a- cesso a dados de pacote sobre satélite; ou acesso de dados de pacote de alta velocidade sobre enlace ótico ponto a ponto, por exemplo, construídos baseados em IEEE 802.17.
A chamada de emergência VoIP é estabelecida com um Ponto
de Resposta de Segurança Pública (PSAP) apropriado 310 através da rede telefônica comutada pública (PSTN) 320 rede encaminhadora seletiva 330 ou rede baseada em protocolo Internet de sessão direta SIP a partir do ser- vidor 304 de chamada de emergência 911.
Na etapa 2 durante a chamada de emergência VoIP1 o PSAP
310 solicita uma localização atualizada do discador de emergência VoIP 300. Na etapa 3, se o servidor de localização 210 está no trajeto de sinalização de chamada SIP ele inicializa uma mensagem gatilho utilizando o Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário embutida em uma mensagem INFO SIP para o servido logo chamada E911 304.
Na etapa 4 a mensagem INFO SIP é enviada para o discador de
emergência VoIP 300.
Na etapa 5, no recebimento da mensagem gatilho que utiliza um Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário, o terminal VoIP 300 a partir do qual a chamada de emergência VoIP foi inicializada inicia um procedimento de Serviço de Localização de Plano Usuário com o servidor de localização 306.
Na etapa 6 o servidor de localização 306 retorna a informação de localização recuperada para o PSAP 310.
Embora a invenção tenha sido descrita com referência às suas modalidades tomadas como exemplo, aqueles versados na técnica serão capazes de fazer diversas modificações nas modalidades descritas da in- venção sem se afastar dos verdadeiros espírito e escopo da invenção.
Claims (20)
1. Método para obter uma localização de um discador que com- preende: inicializar um procedimento de serviço da localização de plano usuário; e se uma sessão de protocolo de inicialização (SIP) já existe, as- sinalar uma solicitação de localização para um dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário através de protocolo de inicialização de sessão (SIP).
2. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que: dita solicitação de localização é assinalada para dito dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário através de uma mensagem SIP INFO.
3. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que: dita solicitação de localização utiliza a mensagem SIP como uma mensagem de transporte de dito procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário para superar um aspecto introduzido de outra maneira pela segurança de rede.
4. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 3, em que: dito aspecto introduzido de outra maneira por segurança de rede é um firewall.
5. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que: uma chamada relacionada a dito discador é uma chamada de emergência.
6. Método para obter Uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que dita inicialização compreende: enviar uma Mensagem Instantânea para dito dispositivo discador habilitado em plano usuário.
7. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que: dito dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário ser um tele- fone de Protocolo de voz sobre Internet (VolP).
8. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 7, em que: dito telefone VoIP é um telefone VoIP sem fio.
9. Método para obter uma localização de um discador de acordo com a reivindicação 1, em que: dito procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário se conformar com um padrão de plano usuário seguro (SUPL) definido por O- pen Mobile Alliance (OMA).
10. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador que compreende: dispositivo para inicializar um procedimento de serviço de locali- zação de plano usuário, e dispositivo para sinalizar uma solicitação de localização se uma sessão de protocolo de inicialização de sessão (SIP) já existe, para um dis- positivo discador habilitado de plano usuário através de um protocolo de ini- cialização de sessão (SIP).
11. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que: dito dispositivo para sinalizar ditos sinais de solicitação de locali- zação para dito dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário através de uma mensagem SIP INFO.
12. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que: dito dispositivo para sinalizar dita solicitação de localização utili- za mensagem SIP como uma mensagem de transporte de dito procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário para superar um aspecto de outra maneira introduzido por segurança de rede.
13. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 12, em que: dito aspecto de outra maneira introduzido por segurança de rede é um firewall.
14. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que: uma chamada relacionada a dito discador ser uma chamada de emergência.
15. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que dito dispositivo para inicialização compreende: dispositivo para enviar uma Mensagem Instantânea para dito dispositivo discador habilitado em plano usuário.
16. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que: dito dispositivo discador habilitado de plano usuário é telefone de protocolo Protocolo de voz sobre Internet (VolP).
17. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 16, em que: dito telefone VoIP é um telefone VoIP sem fio.
18. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador de a- cordo com a reivindicação 10, em que: dito procedimento de serviço de localização de plano usuário corresponder a um padrão de localização para plano usuário seguro (SUPL) definido por Open Mobile Alliance (OMA).
19. Método para obter uma localização de um discador que compreende: determinar se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida com um discador; e obter informação de localização atualizada de dito discador atra- vés de uma sessão de protocolo de inicialização de sessão existente (SIP) se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida com dito discador.
20. Aparelho para obter uma localização de um discador que compreende: dispositivo para determinar se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida com um discador; e dispositivo para obter informação de localização atualizada de dito discador através de uma sessão de protocolo de inicialização de sessão existente (SIP) se uma sessão multimídia já está estabelecida com dito dis- cador.
