Abstract
"XILANASES EXPRESSAS EM MICROORGANISMOS E O USO DAS MESMAS COMO ADITIVOS DE ALIMENTOS E OUTROS USOS". A presente invenção refere-se a seqüências que codificam xilanase com códons otimizados e à expressão de xilanases em microorganismos e leveduras. A invenção refere-se ainda ao uso de várias cópias da construção de expressão da xilanase para altos níveis de expressão da proteína. A invenção refere-se ainda ao uso de xilanases como produtos alimentícios ou aditivos alimentícios. A invenção refere-se ainda a processos de expressão das enzimas para aumentar a termotolerância através da expressão das mesmas em organismos que glicosilam as proteínas comparada com a expressão da mesma enzima sem a glicosilação. Ainda, a invenção refere-se a processos de preparação de produtos alimentícios, aditivos alimentícios enzimáticos e processos de redução da proporção de conversão de alimento ou de aumento do ganho de peso dos animais.
