Abstract

"DERIVADOS ESTABILIZADOS DE áCIDO ASCóRBICO". A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de ácido ascórbico de fórmula geral I: em que R¬ 1¬ é um grupo C~ 2~-C~ 22~ acila, um grupo aminoácido, ou um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 17~ alquila; R¬ 2¬ é amónio ou um cátion metálico; e cada um de R¬ 3¬ ou R¬ 4¬, independentemente, é hidrogênio, um grupo C~ 2~-C~ 22~ acila, um resíduo de aminoácido, ou um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 17~ alquila, que são mais estáveis do que ácido ascórbico e podem ser usados como fonte de vitamina C em composições farmacêuticas, nutracêuticas e cosméticas.
