Abstract

"PINçA DE MANIPULAçãO DE UMA MáQUINA DE SERVIçO DE CéLULAS DE ELETRóLISE PARA A PRODUçãO DE ALUMìNIO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma pinça de manipulação (10), destinada a pegar uma carga munida de uma haste e que compreende pelo menos um órgão de preensão móvel, tipicamente uma garra, (100a, 100b) que tem uma posição aberta e uma posição fechada, um sistema de acionamento (110) para deslocar o ou os órgãos de preensão (100a, 100b) entre a posição aberta e a posição fechada, meios de ligação (101a, 101b) próprios para limitar os deslocamentos axiais da haste na pinça (10) entre uma primeira posição dita 'baixa' e uma segunda posição dita 'alta' quando o ou cada órgão de preensão (100a, 100b) está na posição fechada, pelo menos um sistema de travamento (120), de preferência mecânico, próprio para bloquear o ou cada órgão de preensão (100a, 100b) está na posição fechada quando ele é travado, o dito sistema de travamento (120) estando travado quando a haste está na posição baixa e destravado quando a haste está na posição alta. O travamento é controlado pela presença e pela posição da haste na pinça, o que evita as quedas intempestivas da carga em caso de falha dos meios de acionamento do ou dos órgãos móveis de preensão da pinça.
