Abstract

<B>UNIDADE DE FREIO DE SUPERFìCIE DE ROLAMENTO DO TIPO PINçA<D> Um acionador de freio para uso em veículos de trânsito ferroviário e similares para ajustar o desgaste dos componentes de freagem localizados nos veículos. O acionador de freio inclui uma haste externamente roscada ou serrilhada, que tem um eixo longitudinal. Tal acionador de freio inclui, ainda, pinças de ajuste de folga e força, dispostas na haste e localizadas em alojamentos respectivos, dispostos em torno das pinças e haste. Um elemento de forquilha é disposto em torno de e em engate com o alojamento de pinça de força e um primeiro mancal deslocado axialmente é disposto no elemento de forquilha. Um segundo mancal fixo é espaçado do mancal axialmente deslocado e um pistão é deslocado para movimento em uma direção geralmente perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal da haste. O pistão tem uma cunha integral no formato de forquilha, disposta estirada na haste roscada ou serrilhada para movimento para um local entre os mancais.
