Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAçãO POR DESTILAçãO DE MONOETILENO GLICOL DE ALTA PUREZA" A invenção diz respeito a um processo para obter-se monoetileno glicol altamente puro de produto de hidrólise de oxido de etileno por destilação, por meios de desidratação sob pressão, preferivelmente em uma cascata, desidratação a vácuo, e subseq³ente destilação pura. Em conformidade ao processo inventivo, a coluna de desidratação de pressão ou pelo menos a primeira coluna de desidratação de pressão da cascata (2, 3, 4) tem uma seção de extração com pelo menos um estágio de separação, preferivelmente de 2 a 10 estágios de separação, especialmente de 3 a 6 estágios, e naquela parte da corrente de topo de coluna(s) de desidratação (2, 3, 4) é (são) repartida(s) com a seção de extração.
