A presente invenção refere-se a um Concentrado de Inibidor Bowman-Birk (BBIC) que tem um alto conteúdo de proteína. O BBIC é feito a partir de sojas convencionais usando ultrafiltração, sem extração de ácido ou álcool ou precipitação de acetona.
