Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"VARIANTES ESTABILIZADAS DE INIBIDOR DE SUBTILISINA DE STREPTOMYCES"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a variantes de inibidor de subtilisina de Streptomyces (SSI) e àqueles inibidores que têm homologia com SSI. Tais variantes são úteis em associação com enzimas, particularmente com proteases, em composições para limpeza e em composições para higiene pessoal. As variantes compreendem uma substituição de aminoácido na posição 63 correspondente a SSI. Tais variantes fornecem maior estabilidade proteolítica em composições para limpeza e em composições para higiene pessoal. A presente invenção também refere-se a composições para limpeza e a composições para higiene pessoal que compreendem as presentes variantes, assim como a genes que codificam as variantes.
