Abstract
PRé-CONFIGURAçãO DE FIBRA óTICA APRESENTANDO BARREIRA DE OH E SEU MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO Uma pré-configuração de fibra ótica apresentando um tubo de substrato, uma camada de revestimento e uma camada de núcleo que inclui ainda uma primeira camada de barreira depositada por um material apresentando um baixo coeficiente de difusão OH entre o tubo de substrato e a camada de revestimento, em que a primeira camada de barreira é para a substancial prevenção de OH contido no tubo de substrato de vir a ser difundido na camada de revestimento. A pré-configuração e fibra ótica inclui ainda uma segunda camada de barreira formada pela deposição de um material apresentando um baixo coeficiente de difusão OH entre a camada de revestimento e a camada núcleo para substancial prevenção de OH que tenha sido difundido na camada de revestimento a partir do tubo de substrato de vir a ser difundido adicionalmente na camada de núcleo. As barreiras externa e interna de OH não contendo P~ 2~O~ 5~ são depositadas entre o tubo de substrato e a camada de revestimento e entre a camada de revestimento e a camada de núcleo em um processo de deposição, de modo que o OH possa ser eficientemente prevenido de ser difundido a partir do tubo e substrato junto a camada de núcleo em um processo de deposição de núcleo, um processo de colapso ou um processo de fechamento.
