Abstract
"PROCESSO CONTìNUO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA POLIAMIDA MEDIANTE A REAçãO DE PELO MENOS UMA AMINONITRILA COM áGUA". A invenção diz respeito a um processo contínuo para produzir uma poliamida, mediante reação de pelo menos uma aminonitrila com água, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: (1) reação de pelo menos uma aminonitrila com água, em uma temperatura entre 90 e 400°C e uma pressão entre 0,1 e 15 x 10^ 6^ Pa, em um reator de circulação tubular contendo material de recheio de um catalisador ácido de Br÷nsted selecionado de materiais de recheio beta-zeólito, silicato laminado ou dióxido de titânio, bem como materiais de recheio metálico, que produz uma mistura de reação; (2) outra reação da mistura de reação em uma temperatura entre 150 e 400°C e uma pressão que é menor do que a pressão da etapa 1, onde a temperatura e a pressão são selecionadas de tal modo que uma primeira fase gasosa e uma primeira fase líquida ou uma primeira fase sólida, ou uma mistura de uma primeira fase sólida e uma primeira fase líquida, são obtidas, e a primeira fase gasosa é separada da primeira fase líquida ou primeira fase sólida, ou a mistura da primeira fase líquida e primeira fase sólida; e (3) adição da primeira fase líquida ou primeira fase sólida, ou a mistura da primeira fase líquida e primeira fase sólida com uma fase gasosa ou líquida contendo água, em uma temperatura entre 150 e 370°C e uma pressão entre 0,1 e 30 x 10^ 6^ Pa, resultando em uma mistura do produto.
