Abstract
''PROCESSO EM BATELADA PARA PRODUZIR UMA POLIAMIDA'' O processo em batelada para produzir uma poliamida pela reação de uma mistura que compreende pelo menos uma aminonitrila, e opcionalmente monómeros úteis para a produção de poliamida, com água, compreende as seguintes etapas: (1) reagir a mistura com água em uma temperatura de 90 a 400°C e uma pressão de 0,1 a 35 x 10^ 6^ Pa para se obter uma mistura de reação, (2) reagir ainda a mistura de reação em uma temperatura de 150 a 400°C e uma pressão que é menor do que a pressão da etapa 1, a temperatura e a pressão sendo selecionadas a fim de se obter uma primeira fase gasosa e uma primeira fase líquida ou uma primeira fase sólida ou uma mistura da primeira fase sólida e da primeira fase líquida e a primeira fase gasosa é separada da primeira fase líquida ou da primeira fase sólida ou da mistura da primeira fase líquida e da primeira fase sólida, e (3) misturar a primeira fase líquida ou a primeira fase sólida ou a mistura da primeira fase líquida e da primeira fase sólida com uma fase gasosa ou líquida que compreende água em uma temperatura de 150 a 370°C e uma pressão de 0,1 a 30 x 10^ 6^ Pa para se obter uma mistura do produto, em que a etapa (1) é realizada na presença de um catalisador de ácido de Br÷nsted selecionado de um catalisador de beta-zeólito, um catalisador de silicato em folha ou de um catalisador de leito fixo consistindo essencialmente de TiO~ 2~ que compreende de 70 a 100% em peso de anatásio e de 0 a 30% em peso de rutilo e em que até 40% em peso do dióxido de titânio pode ser substituído por óxido de tungstênio e as etapas (2) e (3) podem ser realizadas na presença deste catalisador.
