Abstract

"MATRIZ DE EXTRUSãO, E, PROCESSO PARA COEXTRUDAR PELO MENOS DUAS CAMADAS DE POLìMEROS". Trata-se de uma matriz de extrusão (10) para extrudar pelo menos duas camadas de polímeros a temperaturas substanciamente diferentes, em que a primeira matriz (18) tem partes ligadas a uma segunda matriz (24) e partes afastadas da segunda matriz (24). Um isolamento é obtido entre a primeira e a segunda (18, 24) e a primeira matriz (18) é resfriada com água. Uma camada de isolamento (20) é apresentada entre as parteas afastadas das primeira e segunda matrizes (18, 24). Uma terceira matriz é montada na segunda matriz e coextruda um terceiro material sobre o laminado formado pelas primeira e segunda matrizes. A terceira matriz (302) é ligada à segunda matriz (24), mas tem partes afastadas da segunda matriz. As partes afastadas entre as segunda e terceira matrizes são isoladas. Um polímero termorrígido, como o produto FKM, é extrudado pela primeira matriz a uma temperatura de cerca de 82-93°C. Um polímero termoplástico, fluorado, como o THV, é extrudado da segunda matriz a uma temperatura de cerca de 248,7°C. Um polímero termorrígido, como o ECO, é extrudado da terceira matriz a uma temperatura abaixo de 121,05°C,
