Abstract

Película multicapa donde la capa principal comprende como componentes esenciales polietileno lineal de baja densidad LLDPE con valores de densidadcomprendidos entre 0,915 y 0,935 g/cm3 en mezcla con proporciones menores de polietileno debaj a densidad LDPE donde el LDPE forma una capa adyacentecoextrudada con la capa de LLDPE. La película es preparada por fusión- extrusión utilizando condiciones particulares de templado y estiramientoelegidas entre: una carga dedeformación per manente comprendida entre 40 y 70 N/mm2 y un alargamiento a la rotura entre 60 y 200%, el agua de enfriamientodel primer rodillo de refrigeración es mantenido entre 15° y 20°C y la del segundo rodillo entre 10° y 15°C y ladiferencia de veloci dad entre losrodillos es 25-35% mayor para el segundo rodillo; la hendidura a través de la cual es forzado el material fuera de la cabeza aplanadora, es de 0,3-0,5 mm;preferiblemente el espesor está comprendido entre 8 y 20micrones; la t emperatura del material que sale de la cabeza aplanadora está en generalcomprendida entre 230° y 260°C.
