Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"LAMINADO FLEXìVEL PREFORMADO"<D>. Uma estrutura composta que compreende um laminado flexível preformado em contato de aderência com no mínimo um primeiro e um segundo elementos de painel transparentes ou translúcidos (22, 23), tais como poderiam ser úteis como uma unidade isolada de vidro. O laminado flexível contém um elemento espaçador ondulado (25) seja parcialmente ou totalmente embutido dentro de um material de núcleo (24) e tem um revestimento polimérico (26) sobre no mínimo uma sua superfície. O laminado flexível veda efetivamente o interior da estrutura painel, de ar ou umidade, e mantém uma distância desejada entre os painéis (22, 23). Uma matriz de extrusão de múltiplas cavidades para conformar o laminado flexível preformado tem uma cavidade de núcleo para receber o material de núcleo (24), bem como o elemento espacador ondulado contínuo (25).
