Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA TRATAR PEçAS DE TRABALHO PLANAS E FLEXìVEIS". A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivo e método que servem para tratar peças de trabalho planas e flexíveis (1) com um fluido, preferivelmente em instalações de eletro-disposição e gravação em relevo. O dispositivo e o método permitem colocar as peças de trabalho do tipo de folha metálica (1) em particular de tal modo no fluido, um fluido de processamento por via úmida, ou eletroquímico, por exemplo, que as peças de trabalho (1) não deformem ou atinjam as paredes laterais de um tanque de processamento (3), ou outros componentes embutidos. Para este fim, o tanque de processamento (3) recebe um suporte protetor (5) no qual as peças de trabalho (1) são abaixadas, tal suporte (5) estando em uma condição bastante vazia. Para tratamento, o suporte protetor (5) é, por exemplo, abaixado em um tanque (3)que é enchido de fluido de processamento, tal fluido de processamento fluindo no suporte protetor (5). São providos meios no suporte protetor (5) por meio dos quais permite-se que o fluido de processamento flua controladamente para o interior do suporte protetor (5)."METHOD AND DEVICE FOR HANDLING FLAT AND FLEXIBLE WORK PARTS". The present invention relates to a device and method for treating flat and flexible workpieces (1) with a fluid, preferably in electro-disposition and embossing installations. The device and method allow to place the sheet metal type workpieces (1) in such a particular way in the fluid, a wet processing fluid, or electrochemical, for example, that the workpieces (1) do not deform or hit the sidewalls of a processing tank (3), or other embedded components. For this purpose, the processing tank (3) receives a protective support (5) in which the workpieces (1) are lowered, such support (5) being in a very empty condition. For treatment, the protective support (5) is, for example, lowered into a tank (3) that is filled with processing fluid, such processing fluid flowing into the protective support (5). Means are provided in the protective bracket (5) whereby the processing fluid is allowed to flow controllably into the protective bracket (5).
