Abstract

"ENZIMA DE LACASE E O GENE CODIFICANDO A ENZIMA". A invenção refere-se a uma nova enzima de lacase, que foi isolada a partir das cepas do gênero Melanocarpus, a cepa de M. albomyces em particular. O pH ideal da enzima está dentro de 5 - 8 e a enzima funciona em uma temperatura de 30 - 80<198>C. O ponto isoelétrico da enzima é cerca de 4,0 como determinado por focagem isoelétrica, e o peso molecular cerca de 80 kDa, definido por SDS-PAGE. A enzima é especialmente bem adaptada as aplicações, dentro das condições de temperatura e pH são elevadas. A invenção da mesma forma refere-se a um gene que codifica a enzima de lacase, e uma enzima de lacase produzida por tecnologia recombinate.
