Abstract

ENZIMA LACASE E USO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova enzima lacase obtenível a partir de cepas do gênero Thielavia. A invenção também refere-se a seqüência de ácido nucléico que codifica a enzima, um hospedeiro recombinante dentro do qual a seqüência de ácido nucléico foi sido introduzida e um método para a produção da enzima em um hospedeiro recombinante. A enzima da invenção é adequada para várias aplicações, em particular para aumentar a brancura do brim.
