Abstract

"FOLHA DE FIBRA DE REFORçO CONTìNUA, PRé-IMPREGNADO DE FOLHA DE FIBRA DE REFORçO CONTìNUA, E, PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA FOLHA DE FIBRA DE REFORçO CONTìNUA. A presente invenção fornece uma folha de fibra de reforço contínua, em que as fibras de reforço são arranjadas em um ângulo arbitrário ao eixo principal, bem aplicável para a extrusão com tração que se forma sem o risco das fibras de reforço serem dispersadas que permite a fabricação de um membro estrutural de plástico reforçado por fibra longa que tenha uma rigidez de torção notavelmente melhorada. A folha de fibra de reforço contínua 1 tem uma folha contínua de suporte penetrável por resina 2 e uma camada de fibra de reforço 3 mantida por esta folha de suporte penetrável por resina 2, em que as fibras de reforço longas 4 que têm substancialmente um certo comprimento (F) são arranjados na direção longitudinal da folha de suporte penetrável por resina 2 em um ângulo prescrito (a) em relação à direção longitudinal da folha de suporte penetrável por resina 2.
