Procédé de préparation d’un rouleau de matériau composite. Procédé de préparation d’un rouleau de matériau (10) composite à fibres longues discontinues, dans lequel : (E1) on fournit un rouleau de matériau (10) composite à fibres longues discontinues, (E2) on déroule le rouleau de matériau (10) pour obtenir une bande de matériau plane, présentant une largeur et une longueur selon un plan principal, et une épaisseur selon une direction perpendiculaire au plan principal, (E3) on chauffe la bande de matériau, (E4) on calandre la bande de matériau.
