Abstract
Se desvela una variante del polipéptido de la enzima fitasa que tiene una actividad de IP4 aumentada y una termoestabilidad mejorada, así como composiciones que contienen dicha variante del polipéptido, células huésped recombinantes para producirlo, procedimientos para su producción, usos y procedimientos en los que se usa dicha variante del polipéptido y productos alimenticios. que contiene dicho polipéptido variante. Reivindicación 1: Un polipéptido variante que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos caracterizado porque tiene por lo menos un 80% de identidad de secuencia de aminoácidos con la SEC. ID Núm.: 1 y que comprende sustituciones de aminoácidos en: la posición 126; y por lo menos una posición seleccionada de 30, 80, 94, 118, 176, 179, 212, 224, 227, 253, 287, 315 y 380; y en el que el polipéptido variante tiene actividad de fitasa; y en el que la numeración de aminoácidos corresponde a la numeración de aminoácidos de la SEC. ID Núm.: 1. Reivindicación 17: Una composición enzimática caracterizada porque comprende el polipéptido variante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14 y, de manera opcional, un conservante y/o un portador. Reivindicación 20: Un alimento para animales caracterizado porque comprende el polipéptido variante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14 o la composición enzimática de acuerdo con la reivindicación 17, y por lo menos una fuente de proteína de origen vegetal, y a. de manera opcional por lo menos una enzima adicional seleccionada de proteasa, amilasa, fitasa, xilanasa, endoglucanasa, b-glucanasa, mananasa, celulasa o una combinación de las mismas; y b. de manera opcional por lo menos un portador o ingrediente seleccionado de maltodextrina, harina, sal, cloruro de sodio, sulfato, sulfato de sodio o una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 21: Un complemento alimenticio caracterizado porque comprende el polipéptido variante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14 o la composición enzimática de acuerdo con la reivindicación 17; y a. de manera opcional por lo menos una enzima adicional seleccionada de proteasa, amilasa, fitasa, xilanasa, endoglucanasa, b-glucanasa, mananasa, celulasa o una combinación de las mismas; y b. de manera opcional por lo menos un portador o ingrediente seleccionado de maltodextrina, harina, sal, cloruro de sodio, sulfato, sulfato de sodio, minerales, aminoácidos, prebióticos, probióticos, vitaminas o una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 22: Un procedimiento de degradación o modificación de material que contiene ácido fítico o fitato, caracterizado porque comprende tratar dicho material con una cantidad efectiva del polipéptido variante de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14 o la composición enzimática de acuerdo con la reivindicación 17.
