Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para estimular la actividad de una carbohidrasa, o para mejorar la hidrolización de un carbohidrato por una carbohidrasa en un alimento para animales, y un método para mejorar la digestibilidad de un carbohidrato en un animal por el uso de una o más enzimas proteolíticas, es decir, proteasas. La presente invención también proporciona una composición de alimento adecuada para los métodos anteriores.
