Abstract

Moléculas de ácido nucleico que comprenden una o más secuencias de nucleótidos seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de la secuencia de nucleótidos de la SEQ ID Nº 1, SEQ ID Nº 3, SEQ ID Nº 4, SEQ ID Nº 5, SEQ ID Nº 6, SEQ ID Nº 7, SEQ ID Nº 8, y/o SEQ ID Nº 10 que pueden estar operativamente unidas a un promotor, haciendo de ese modo el promotor inducible por un compuesto químico que puede inducir la expresión del sistema de la alcohol deshidrogenasa de Aspergillus nidulans. También se proporcionan métodos para hacer un promotor inducible y para hacer inducible la expresión de una secuencia de nucleótidos de interés. Se proporcionan, además, plantas, partes de plantas y células de plantas, que comprenden las composiciones.
