Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método para producir cristales de D-psicosa de alta pureza que tienen una pureza del 98% (p/p) o más y un tamaño de grano de MA200 o más, que comprende: eliminar las impurezas de una solución de D-psicosa para obtener una solución de D-psicosa purificada; concentrar la solución de D-psicosa purificada; enfriar la solución de D-psicosa concentrada a 30ºC a 40ºC a través de un intercambiador de calor; cristalizar la semilla de la solución de D-psicosa a 30ºC a 40ºC para obtener masa cocida de azúcar cristalizada de semilla; y cristalizar a gran escala la masa cocida de azúcar de semilla cristalizada.
