Abstract
Compuestos de diaminotriazina y a su uso como herbicidas. También se refiere a composiciones agroquímicas para la protección de cultivos y a un método para controlar la vegetación no deseada. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de diaminotriazina de la fórmula (1) en donde Rᵃ y Rᶜ se seleccionan, independientemente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, OH, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₁₋₆-alquiltio, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfinilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, amino, (C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo; Rᵇ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, halógeno, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, CN y C₁₋₆-alcoxi; Rᵈ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, CN y C₁₋₆-alcoxi, siempre que Rᵇ o Rᵈ sean C₁₋₆-alcoxi; R¹ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 14 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o completamente halogenadas, fenilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los últimos 6 radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R² se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los 14 radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o completamente halogenadas, fenilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenoxi, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los últimos 6 radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R³ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, OH, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R⁴ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R⁵ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₃₋₆-alquinilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo y C₁₋₆-alcoxi-C₁₋₆-alquilo; o R⁴ y R⁵, junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos, pueden formar una porción seleccionada del grupo que consiste en carbonilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalcan-1,1-diilo, ipso-C₃₋₆-cicloalquendiilo, ipso-heterociclodiilo saturado o parcialmente insaturado de 3 a 6 miembros, en donde el carbociclo y el heterociclo son no sustituidos, parcial o totalmente halogenados, o pueden tener de 1 a 6 grupos C₁₋₆-alquilo, y la porción >C=CRˣRʸ, en donde Rˣ y Rʸ son hidrógeno, C₁₋₄-alquilo o C₁₋₄-haloalquilo; que incluye sus sales aceptables en la agricultura; excepto por los compuestos de la fórmula (1), en donde la porción CR³R⁴R⁵ es 2-fluoro-2-propilo, R¹ y R² son hidrógeno, y la combinación de Rᵃ, Rᵇ, Rᶜ y Rᵈ es como se indica en las líneas 1 a 4 de la siguiente tabla: excepto también por el compuesto de la fórmula (1), en donde la porción CR³R⁴R⁵ trifluorometilo, R¹ y R² son hidrógeno, Rᵃ es F, Rᵇ y Rᶜ son hidrógeno, y Rᵈ es OCH₃.
