Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Azinas caracterizadas por la fórmula (1), en donde R¹ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, fenilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R² es H, halógeno, OH, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₃₋₆-alqueniloxi, C₃₋₆-alquiniloxi, C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi o (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales, antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, fenilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, en donde el fenilo en los radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R³ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-hidroxialquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi-C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; R⁴ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, halógeno, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas; o R³ y R⁴, junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos, forman una porción seleccionada del grupo que consiste en carbonilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo y heterociclilo de 3 a 6 miembros, en donde el C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalquenilo o heterociclilo de 3 a 6 miembros es no sustituido o sustituido con 1 a 6 sustituyentes seleccionados de halógeno, OH, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo y C₁₋₆-alcoxi; y R⁵ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en H, OH, S(O)₂NH₂, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)carbonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminocarbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquilamino)sulfonilo, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)aminosulfonilo y (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)sulfonilo, en donde las partes alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, fenilo, fenil-C₁₋₆-alquilo, fenilsulfonilo, fenilaminosulfonilo, fenilcarbonilo y fenoxicarbonilo, en donde el fenilo en los radicales mencionados es no sustituido o sustituido con 1, 2, 3, 4 ó 5 sustituyentes idénticos o diferentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₁₋₆-haloalquilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi y C₁₋₆-haloalcoxi; RX se selecciona del grupo que consiste en Cl, Br, I, OH, CN, amino, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₃₋₆-alqueniloxi, C₃₋₆-alquiniloxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₂₋₆-alquenilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₁₋₆-alquiltio, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfinilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, (C₁₋₆-alquil)-carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)-carboniloxi, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi, fenil-C₁₋₄-alquiloxi, fenoxi y benciloxi, en donde las partes aromáticas, alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, y en donde las partes aromáticas y cicloalifáticas de los últimos radicales mencionados pueden tener 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ó 6 grupos metilo; y RA se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, OH, CN, amino, NO₂, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₂₋₆-alquenilo, C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₁₋₆-alcoxi, C₃₋₆-alqueniloxi, C₃₋₆-alquiniloxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alquilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₁₋₆-alcoxi, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₂₋₆-alquenilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-C₂₋₆-alquinilo, C₁₋₆-alquiltio, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfinilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)sulfonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, di(C₁₋₆-alquil)amino, (C₁₋₆-alquil)-carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alcoxi)-carbonilo, (C₁₋₆-alquil)-carboniloxi, C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆-cicloalcoxi, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alquilo, (C₃₋₆-cicloalquil)-C₁₋₄-alcoxi y fenoxi, en donde las partes aromáticas, alifáticas y cicloalifáticas de los radicales antes mencionados son no sustituidas, parcial o totalmente halogenadas, y en donde las partes aromáticas y cicloalifáticas de los últimos radicales mencionados pueden tener 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ó 6 grupos metilo; y x es1, 2 ó 3; que incluye sus sales o N-óxidos aceptables en la agricultura.
