Abstract

Un conjunto de partes para la producción in situ de una bebida fermentada de objetivo mediante la adición de un diluyente líquido (3), dicho conjunto de partes comprende: (a) una primera cámara (1) que contiene extractos de bebida concentrada, y (b) una segunda cámara (2), separada fluidamente de la primera cámara, que contiene etanol con por lo menos 80% en volumen de pureza, caracterizado porque, el etanol de la segunda cámara contiene CO₂ o N₂ con una concentración de saturación a una temperatura de 25ºC y a una presión de por lo menos 2 bar (200 kPa) (= 1 bar (100 kPa) sobre la presión atmosférica). La presente también se refiere a un aparato de dispendio y un método para la preparación in situ y dispendio de una bebida fermentada de objetivo, utilizando el anterior conjunto de partes.
