Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de una bebida o un alimento en el que un líquido fluye a través de una cápsula de porción individual y mientras tanto disuelve y/o extrae una sustancia para bebidas/alimentos. Además la presente invención se refiere a una cápsula de porción individual con un cuerpo de cápsula, cuya pared y piso delimitan un espacio interior, en el que se ha previsto una sustancia para bebidas/alimentos, que es disuelta y/o extraída por un líquido que se hace ingresar en la cápsula de porción individual.
